Such a wonderful stay , rooms are modern and clean with beautiful views of the ocean, staff is amazing and took care of us and our newborn baby . There is a family pool and a chill pool both are great , the only improvement would be more staff at breakfast as service was slow but other then that we had an amazing stay

This was the first time for me and the family to stay in Lancaster Eden Bay. We are regular guests in Lancaster Raouche but we decided to go this time to Lancaster Eden for a change. The hotel is completely new and completely clean. The room are very spacious. The room view was a sea view. The hotel is a little bit far from the center but very near to ABC Verdun Mall. The only negative is that windows are not completely sound proofed against the sea waves sound. Also, most of the guests stay on the pool because the pool is much better to swim than the beach ( its not a problem with the hotel but more of the nature of the sea there that's not the good to swim in the beach) Also, i have to thank the management my mom forgot her eye glasses and after we returned to our country we called them to check and they told us they found it and its in Lost and Found. I highly recommend this hotel. It's still very good from all Lancaster hotel chain that they provide free of charge shuttle bus from the airport-hotel and also from hotel-airport. You just have to tell them one day before your arrival and also one day before your departure. Also, they added new service that they provide shuttle bus from the hotel to ABC Verdun Mall and also from the hotel to Downtown.

Spacious room with natural light clean and Comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is located directly by the sea ,I love the fish restaurant on the beach which makes you enjoy your meal.I also liked the in-house spa with a gym that can be rated 7 stars. The restaurants at this hotel are amazing and top-notch. I loved Seashell in particular, where we had a fine-dining experience, eating high-end salads, sushi, burgers, and more. There is an incredible view of the Beirut shoreline, so dinner here at sunset is a must. The menu is well-organized and hosts a wide array of international cuisines prepared by the finest chefs. Here are some pictures.

this will be the third time at lancaster eden bay and each time it becomes better , how shall I start , from the reception ,gina , omar , wael and biggest thanks to front office manager for supporting than lets go to the restaurant, breakfast restaurant , amazing food with amazing team I really felt like home and guess what?!... they have a gluten free items , marwa , Raed , faris and the lovely headwaiter with his lovely word ( all is good , all is good ) he is a funny guy, to be frank at once I was disappointed because I did not see the most gentleman person at the hotel he used to work at the seashell but I found him in the lobby Mr. ammar one of amazing person in the world , he gives from his bottom of his heart with a lot of recommendation and he helps us to plan our days he is really phenomenon ,I am sure that he will be the next general manager of the company because taking is simple but giving is generosity.... the pool is amazing , the atmosphere is good there and the other restaurant is nice , specially issam is one of happy and smiley person lancaster edenbay is really woow very recommended but be careful once you are in you will never get out ......(^-^)
