Location great. Cleanness: room carpet very dirty other things ok. Staff: dealing with the restaurant staff and reception lady was not comfortable at all. Rooms are designed to be connected so they are very noisy you can hear you neighbours talking as they are sitting with you in the same hall. Couldn't sleep for 4 nights.

The room: standard, clean - we were upgraded to a suite however the stove didn't work at all, the bathroom was smaller than a standard room (have stayed here a year ago), one bath towel given per two people, and banging and drilling every morning from 7:00am.... Upon checkout it took more than 40 minutes of 'arguing' to say the...

Great place to stay, close to the sea, the famous Pigeon Rock and 10 minutes walk from Hamra, the shopping street. Its clean, very comfortable and tasteful. Staff very helpful and courteous and work hard all the time to please. there are several places to eat around, try the smaller cafes/bistros in the streets off the corniche, or walk to...

Firstly, the hotel itself is fine. Functional, clean, a little better than basic. But just. Staff were great though, very friendly and helpful. The city itself is stunning is the true sense of the word. Decades of fighting in the city have left its mark both physically and culturally. Everywhere you go, you'll see buildings riddled with bullet holes, really...

My husband and I were last May. We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was large , comfortable and clean. The location has a very nice view and is full of restaurants and cafe which attracts the tourists. It takes just 5 minutes to reach the sea. I recommend visiting this hotel. We reserve...

How has nobody reviewed this hotel???? Beirut is a very difficult city to find a good room for a good price. Most of the 4 star hotels here wouldn't rate a 2 star anywhere else but Western Europe. Just read the reviews on tripadvisor. You have to spend over $200 to get a decent room. Pros: Brand new hotel Immaculate...
