I visited Lebanon from 27th December till 5th January 22.It was my solo but in group. We stayed at palm beach hotel for 10 days.i am quite satisfied withthe services provided by the hotel management. Staff was very cooperative and friendly from the reception till the hotel driver all were very helpful and good. Breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommended. Keep it up
This is a great hotel, not too fancy but friendly and well run. The staff all seem genuinely happy and the check in is particularly swift. the location is superb within easy access of the stylish marina and a great place to stand and watch the crazy traffic while waiting for your ride. The rooms are a little small but are perfectly adequate and the bathroom is a masterclass in clever packaging. The shower cubicle is luxurious. Didn't try the restaurants except for breakfast which was very good in a lovely bright 'morning room'. Recommended for business or leisure.
Hotel is on very good location. Close to Marina an mostly out of traffic jams. Indian restaurant is famous and although a hotel is not 5 star one, even some celebrities come here to eat. Wifi is horrible as in whole Lebanon. Rooms are big enough. Swimming pool on top has nice views. It's not to expensive and is for sure not wrong choice.
Perfect - excellent location with friendly staff. Fantastic roof top bar and swimming pool with amazing views over the mediterrian. Rooms were spacious and clean. Do try to get a sea view room if you can. If I return to Beruit I will defiantly stay at Palms!
A cheaper, hipper alternative to the Inter-continenal around the corner but most of its immediate neighboring buildings are still vacant shells left over from the Civil War and/or the Hariri assassination. Modern-ish rooms with great views of the water. The rooftop pool/bar has lost some of its hippness factor since Sky Bar moved to a bigger/better location, but it still well apointed with some good 360 views of the City. The service was extremely lacking on the roof however and the pool/bar is not connected to the hotel (separate management) so you can't charge to your room, or get free towels. Reception staff was helpful and friendly, however, they confimed times (twice) for the Sursock Museum which has probably been closed for 6 months or more. Complimentary breakfast buffet plentiful. Hotel is close-enough to Downtown, Hamra, etc. but nothing really in the immediate area.…
