Its not a luxury hotel but the beach club is fine with wonderful swimming and gymming facilities. The beach too was good. The property is not luxurious but is fine to spend a relaxed holiday with family and friends. The restaurants and room service is fine and reasonable. The only issue I had was that even after taking a two... More

The hotel management prevented the maid and babysitter to enjoy the hotel's facilities, although they registered as a guest not as a maid!! this is disgusting, although we are in a democratic country .. I raised complaint to the duty manager but unfortunately he did not solve the issue.. I would not advise anyone of this hotel at all ..... More

Hotel Palms is one of Kuwaiti hotels that has a contract with Ministry of Health and a lot of locum doctors on temporary work are accomodated there. Few day ago I was a vitness of very inhuman and unprofessional act. I was shocked !!! One doctor was literally kicked out of hotel, as there was a mistake in booking so... More

Unfortunately the hotel had a racism policy against my baby nany nationality. We booked as family; me, my husband, my baby, and my baby nany "philppino". As our home policy is everyone who lives in the same house is a family member. We shocked that hotel policy don't allow nannies to swim in the swimming pool!! As we bring her... More

Stayed at the Palms Beach Hotel in Oct.2015 and I did not go wrong in choosing this hotel. Location: it is right off "Arabilla" the well-known location nowadays in Kuwait for great restaurants and cafe's. Less than a minute walk. Also less than 3 minutes drive to "Albede'a" which is another best location for great vibe of food, cafe's etc.... More

Both the pool and the health club facilities are marvelous! Great crowd in addition to exceptional receptionists. The pool attendants are also very helpful. In busy days I would avoid the club towels as they actually smell. The new renovation improved a lot. Couple of the personal trainers are qualified, the rest sucks!

Initially I've planned to stay at a different hotel but due to national holiday in Saudi Arabia my hosts have booked for me at this property. My experience started before I even arrived, my plane arrived 45 minutes early, however, the driver was following the flight, so, when I arrived, I found my visa waiting as well as the driver.... The Palms attracts many families on holiday weekends, and it is very noisy. Currently (Fall 2015) it is being renovated, so the entrance and beach are difficult to access. The construction is very noisy, so bring noise-cancelling headphones if you plan on lounging by the pool. The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of variety. I brought my own oatmeal... More
