Booked a couple of rooms as we were a group of almost 15. Very disappointing, rooms are small and very noisy. Had to call ample of times for hot water. Furnishing seemed to be age old. Traffic gets blocked because of marriage in party hall, which is there almost everyday. Highly disappointing.

This is a classic case of going for a reputed brand name and get something which you have not bargained for. To start with the property is very old with poor maintenance. The lifts make noise, the carpet is smelling and the aircon in the room does not work. There is no WiFi in your rooms and you have to come...

I have lived in Kuwait for 5 years and moved into the Ramada for 4 nights after vacating my apartment and before returning to the UK. Undoubtedly booking this hotel was a gross mistake on my part. I should have read the reviews. But one would assume that a RAMADA branded hotel would follow the standards of the chain. Not...

Truly awful experience, the staff are friendly enough but they have nothing to work with. No hot water, the heaters don't work (and i changed rooms twice to try to resolve these issues. Basically in need of a good overhaul, i.e. sockets reconnecting to the walls, light bulbs fitting, water and heating repaired. Indian food is excellent when it is...

I give this review higher marks, because the staff was friendly and helped greatly with some needs we had while in Kuwait City. The hotel itself is average. It has a feeling of once-greatness, but needs to be redone desperately. The entire hotel seems dated and the rooms themselves are merely average. The hot water in the rooms only worked...

Despite friendly and helpful front desk staff, the rest of the hotel is really tired and tatty. It has the air of once being great, but no more. Poor wifi, no hot water and fixtures seem to be hanging off. The bed is so hard and the pillows resemble a bag or marbles If there is a choice of hotels...

I staid at this Hotel several times in intervals of 2-3 years. If you think that in the last 10 years they might have made some improvements - think again... This hotel is completely run down. The check-in was rather friendly and efficient - or so I thought until I tried to get into my room: the key card did...
