I strongly believe a few first class hotel chains in the western world have a few things to learn about service from Hotel Markazi! Ms Fatima at the Front Desk went out of her way to help us and gave us plenty tips on do’s and don’ts in Tehran and Iran in general. Very impressive! Did I mention that the hotel is spotless, located perfectly and has very nice rooms? All this for a rate that is beyond reasonable. This IS the hotel to stay at in Tehran!

We started our trip to Iran spending three days at Markazi hotel with my husband and our 2 kids. It was a very good start, as it is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and a wonderful breakfast. But the most valuable thing is how nice the staff is, and particularly Fatima, who helped us at any moment guiding us and solving all our doubts and needs (flight tickets, hotels in other cities, etc). She is extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for everything. Hope to come back soon.
