good 4 stars Hotel, occidental level, rooms are Ok but restaurant and spa are expansive. Very good service and very nice lobby to work or have a piece of cake with a tea. 10 mins walking from Taleghani metro station

Good hotel though under renovation. Lift is one flight of stairs up from lobby, slightly inconvenient with luggage. Persian dishes are good to taste, take the ones with rice and chicken. Breakfast is also sumptuous. Centrally located with a few shops around for titbits, cigarettes etc.

I stayed here two nights through my group tour. My impression is not so bad. Room is small, but enough for short stay. The bathroom is clean and can use hot water soon. And we can use wi-fi in the room. There are two variety shops near hotel where can buy drinks and snacks. No one in my tour say complain about... More

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The room and the furniture was too old and not so tidy. The bathroom was awful and took me around ten minutes to get hot water out of shower. The staff were not bad, but i wonder how this hotel got 4 stars?

Other than prices, nothing else seems to be 5 Stars here. We had booked a 4 bed suite. At first they said our room is not ready. Two hours later, they tried to put us in two, two bed rooms (not connected), without telling us that it was not what we had booked. Restaurant staff had an attitude and did... More

I was in hotel for 1 night, Room and decoration were old and the bathroom was terrible! It didn't remind me of 4 star hotel. Although staff were kind and the hotel is located at the center of Tehran, I don't why it is ranked as 4 star hotel !

It seems this had been a good hotel once, however, it is, now, suffering from lack of attention. I didn't stay at this hotel. I was with an international company and I accompanied some of our guests to the hotel. They were, all, complaining about lack of cleanliness, hard mattresses, and the shabby appearance of the interior. Of course, if... More

The location is good,. IT looks nice from the outside. Even the lobby is not bad, but wait till you get to the rooms. Pretty bad..basically a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices with dated and poor quality construction of bathrooms..a along with a cockroach here and there. The hotel is pretty dead and no one understands English. Definitely... More

We stayed for one night and a second time for 4 nights. Right in the Center of Tehran it is a good choice for the price to pay. Room are someway alittle bit old furnished but ok, breakfast ok with a normal selection of food. Staff at Reception very helpful. There are surely better places to stay but price relation... More

The reception area could have come from a Bogart film. Plenty of charm with some eccentroc looking staff. They all speak good english and are eager to please. We had some pictures that need wrapping for the plane and the staff went out of their way to find cardboard and wrap them for us. On check in you will be... More
