There was no electricity for an entire night and no actions taken on repeated complaints. Not expected from a hotel charging such high prices. This is not acceptable. I stayed in this hotel in october too and that time there was no water for an entire say. Hotel really needs to improve on their service

I have stayed at Taj Mahal Hotel on between Oct. 18 and 20th for business purpose. The standard room is composed of two rooms one salony with open kitchen and bathroom as well. Good for comfortable staying for a hotel in Tehran. I ate dinner in the resuaturant of the same hotel. Chicken kebab with Safron rice and fresh orange... More

I admit this hotel won't stay in my memory for a long time. Traveling from Europe, I arrived in the middle of the night and a married couple was saying goodbye to their family. Interesting from the outside, less attractive from the inside. I only stayed for one night, and my business partner had booked the room for me. So... More

This hotel might have seen glorious days but has failed to upgrade itself with time. If not for its Indian restaurant, i would never stay here ever again. Luckily, i moved to Espinas after 3 days else I would have left tehran with very bad impression of its hotels. 1. No one came to pick me up at airport despite... More

Poor rooms in the old part of the building, always ask to go in the newbuilding , much better rooms. Breakfast is Okay. The Hotel is very expensive caused by shortage of hotels in Tehran. Hotel is good to stay a few nights only

Honestly I didn't expect this. A nice and clean hotel. Amazing staffs. Specially the reception team. Rooms are big enough with good views. Breakfast table had variety of options. They have a very good Indian restaurant.

In years to come there will be a huge change in hotel options in Tehran, but for the moment travellers must go for local options rather than familiar international chains. This place is well located but limited: one restaurant, an Indian place downstairs; dark and small lobby; room was spacious but needs redecoration. Had to be paid in cash, but... More

It's location is perfect for me, because just 3-4 minutes away to Shirazi Street where I have my customers. The hotel, itself, is good enough. The rooms are big, clean, but old. It needs renovation. Also its interior design is pretty heavy. Their breakfast is not bad.
