Good atmosphere, fantastic place up to the north of Tehran, I was there for a business meetings and I found it a very lovely place and right out of the entrance door are three old pine trees that seem are about 100 years. So that is the reason of why the hotel is pretty good and professional. One thing more, I ordered a double espresso as usual and that was really good, made by fresh beans but when I settled the factor in the end, I found the price is triple of what should be for a delicious cup of coffee. Anyway, i checked all the five stars for this place ..
I went all out and booked the presidential suite for one months! Upon arrival at 3 am the room was not ready. Lights not turned on Ac off and toilets dirty and full of dust, even though I had booked a week in advance. They had one more presidential suite which they wanted to move me to that one but even that needed to be cleaned and it was already 3 am and I had a little baby and just arrived tired from the airport! So they offered to put me up in a normal room until following day where the presidential suite would be ready! They even charged me for that normal room which was absolutely hilarious as it could have been the least they can do for not having the suite ready for me on arrival. I stayed at a presidential suite in Paris and let me tell you the difference is shocking. The level of comfort and service is second to none. Here, even though I stayed one months in the suite which cost a lot, no in-room breakfast was offered, no fruit platter, no complimentary car, we had to make our way to breakfast which was hard with a baby that would sleep till late so during the whole months stay we went only twice to breakfast and ordered breakfast to the room at a charge the rest of the time. Basically presidential suites should have some perks that’s the reason they are called presidential suite!!! I stayed at the suite in The Wellesley London and I had a complimentary Roll Royce with driver to use!!! I have stayed at this hotel in Iran I think 4 times. I tried Espinas too but it’s wasn’t good. Level of service is really poor in the country’s hotels. This was one of the better ones. Every day I had to ask them to clean properly. They would miss a lot. Sometimes I was told I would be charged for water too! Sometimes they would give a lot of water and sometimes few bottles even though we were four adults and baby! Let me tell you this is one of the better hotels in iran and I would continue to stay here but I was disappointed at the fact that booking the top suite and having no perks at all and poor level of service and so much dust in that room and it having not been ready for me and even though it was their fault, they still charged me for the normal room that they offered me on arrival, was extremely upsetting. None the less I guess it is as good as it gets in this country. Let me also point out that I have stayed in all their room levels. But because I was staying longer this time I decided to have presidential suite to have more space and comfort, but the mattresses are very hard! I ended up asking for extra duvets to put on top of the mattresses to have a little more comfort. For the amount of questions that I receive on trip advisor from European and Asian people about the hotels F&B, let me tell you, it’s basic. Even the Persian local cuisine they serve is not good. You would expect in their own country they would get Persian food right at the hotel!! The only thing that my kids liked was the penne Alfredo which they had nearly every other day! Every morning I would ask for an omelette with cheese and every day they would bring up an omelette that looked different to yesterday’s one!! Honestly I don’t think it’s their fault I think there is no consistency no right level of staff training. Otherwise believe me this is one of the better hotels in Tehran!…
It was a great stay in Parsian Azad as always ,as I am a frequent traveler to Iran . First of all the location has a great view. The lobby has a great atmosphere and clean . The staff are friendly and always happy to help , specially beautiful girl Mahsa in Concierge and Mr Meheaban, Mr Monir Mr Taghavi ,Taghvi Miss Rahbary in business centre and all others which I cant remember their names. Miss Ariapanah (Duty manager) is always happy to listen if you have any concern. Room cleanness is good overall. will come back again.
I was worried coming to this hotel after my awful experience before at the sister hotel next door the Parsian Evin Where the Evin was appalling the Parsian Azadi hotel was excellent and comparable with international hotels elsewhere ( apart from no alcohol in the bars 😀) Friendly professional attentive team , nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows with a pillow menu if the existing pillows don’t work for you, air conditioning that works , great facilities , superb breakfast , and excellent variety and choice of food I highly recommend this place as strongly as I recommend you never to go near the Parsian Evin next door I know I speak about it but it must be to do with the manager and the culture the managers introduce to their hotels
A great hotel in good location Great staff I was here on my honey moon and it was great. I have done my reservation through the marketing manager, very thanks the room was great. The staff are polite and friendly and the swimming pool was neat and clean. I will defenatley be back in norouz hollidays Some suggestions for the top manager of the hotel, please do something about the front view of the hotel. It could have been a great outdoor restaurant which I remember it was a few years ago.
