This hotel seems beyond the point where everything can be easily maintained. Its just plain old "worn out". Windows not properly closing (a significant issue when its freezing outside), toilets not flushing properly, bed sheets too small, leaking baths (bathroom floors flooding), curtains not closing properly and so on. But, the staff do a good job and the restaurant breakfast...

Bit difficult to get the temperature of the room sorted. Too tired to worry about it most the time. Tehran is a full-on place. The restaurant was satisfactory but there are quite few restaurants nearby although you do need to be pointed in the right direction. e stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip and two at the...

Stayed here for 4 nights. A nightmare of a hotel and the staff were indifferent. In need of a lot of work. From plumbing to heating to television fixing. The location is central but the state of the hotel did not help. The heating did not work and it was -4 outside. The directory in the room was all wrong...

The location is ok but there was only one restaurant (that we could find) within walking distance. The hotel's own restaurant was fine but nothing special. Rooms were very clean and large, if a bit dated. Most staff were friendly, but we did have an issue when we called reception about a lack of bedding on our first night -...

Hiya! Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights last week when I was on holiday in Iran. This hotel has been recently modernized, good flat screen TV's in every room, good WIFI signal around the hotel, however the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, which is one of the best I've ever had in my life - massive...

The room was a decent size, but the fittings were a little dodgy - plug fitting pulling out of the wall for example. The toilet blocked easily and the beds and bed sheets were too small and scratchy. But about par for the course in Iran in my experience. The restaurant was fine, service was a little haphazard. The issue...

For Iranian standards maybe it is a very good hotel. For European standards, it is mediocre. The telephones at the rooms don’t work. You cannot make calls. You have to go to the operator. They don't speak good English.

This hotel is in central Tehran, and accessible to public transport etc -however its tired. The rooms need repair, curtains off hooks and/or missing , air conditioner was dodgy, Keys don't work, windows don't open. The whole place was just tired....Lovely people, but reactive (not proactive).

This is man OK hotel in the centre of Tehran near one of the main squares. It has OK rooms and an OK breakfast but not great by European standards. It was within easy walking distance of some good restaurants for dinner.
