Not a bad place to stay, relatively central. Bed comfy, nice shower & bathroom, dodgy air-con. Pleasant seating areas and smoking room on the ground floor. Breakfast and dinner leave something to be desired in terms of quality and choice. Staff is reasonably pleasant and service OK.

Comfortable, if smallish, quiet rooms with excellent large bathroom. Clean. Views from higher floors. Gracious, helpful reception staff and others working in lobby areas. Two big downsides to this hotel. First is location. If you are a tourist and dependent on public transport, you are a good 20 minute walk to the metro - and it's uphill on the way... More

It was rather old hotel and I could feel it thru room's carpet as it was rather dirty. Hotel's breakfast, staffs, taxi service etc, service were good. For only hotel's view, it is not so great one since room is not so clean. But due to staff's service, I could feel it is good hotel. Most of taxi driver knows... More

Good location. I was in the old wing of the hotel. The rooms were very basic. No extra amenities like tea/ coffee service, hair dryer in the rooms. The sheets , towels were clean. The carpet was not so clean. However, the wifi was excellent. The breakfast spread was good. The air conditioner was functioning well. My room was facing... More

Recently and again, I stayed in this hotel for 4 days for my business trip: Bad points: 1. Air condition was defective and room was very hot 2. Room carpet was very dirty 3. No air dryer in the bathroom. 4. Some servants are really impolite 5. Hot and Cold drinks and food is really expensive but quality is poor... More

We stayed at the Tehran Grand for 5 days in April 2016. The hotel is conveniently located in the northern part of central Tehran. Sepand street is a small street, so the hotel is very quiet - this is very good in busy Tehran! The next metro station can be reached in about 20 minutes by foot, which is pretty... More

Standard type of hotel room. Nothing spectacular about. Lobby is beauriful. The staff were great. We had a plumbing issue but they had two guys up in a heartbeat to take care. Lots of smiles from the staff.

I have stayed for two days in this hotel in standard room. The room was very old and unclean especially bathroom where I found cockoaches. I moved out. And the stuff did not say nothing and did not offer to change the room. The price was average for such a hotel (71 USD). Breakfasts very poor and traditional. Almost nothing... More
