Huge building, 28 floors, impressive and elegant reception hall. Hotel is very far away from center, in the immediate surrounding there is nearly no choice for restaurants - you have to stay in the hotel... The restaurant on the highest floor is fine, marvellous views on teheran or the mountains (although the immediate vicinity - an electric power station -...

Well outside Teheran and so out of the smog and traffic chaos but not so good if you need to commute. Impressive foyer, expensive Italian restaurant, brasserie and cafe. We were on the 23rd floor (executive apparently) so a panoramic view of the city. Room a good size. Ludicrously complicated lighting system yet no bedside reading lights, slightly too noisy...

Room very good, everything clean. Unfortunately, and surprisingly, I have found the buffet (food variety and quality) not at a great level. Personally I have had contradictory experience with personnel at the reception: very kind people during my whole stay but very lazy and arrogant guy at check-out. But this can happen almost everywhere

I think this hotel is pride of Tehran of you ask local friends, and no doubt their night view is exhausting! We can see whole city from my window without any efforts!! To me, this hotel hospitality, breakfast, and even house keeping are all very Iran Style, so just think about you are in Iran and hotel rate is fare...

Sad to say, Tehran is in desperate needs to brand new hotels with more personal touch. Since I have plenty of family in Tehran, I have to compromise my privacy for the love of family but this time around I decided to treat myself to a 5 star hotel that is located in north of Tehran. Little I knew I...

After a week travelling through Iran and a lot of good experiences we wanted to have a relaxing time with some sports and spa. At the reception we were fist happy to get a room with a nice view.. After getting comfortable we wanted to use the swimming pool and sauna and were surprised to be not able to enter...

The Azadi is supposed to be the best hotel in Tehran, and it may well be, but the whole place needs a shot in the arm. The decor is tired, especially in the rooms, and many of the staff are disinterested in the guests. We came with a large group, and there was a general feeling we were an inconvenience...

It's a huge, international-style hotel, nothing fancy, not too far from the centre, on a busy road. Rooms are clean and large, the bathroom is new and comfortable. Wifi is free even if the connection is not good. Breakfast is not great and the restaurant is surely not memorable.
