The hotel was awful.we were there for two days.it is not a 5-star hotel. I don't recommend it for anyone. The room was so dark and dirty and we couldn't stay a long time there. also, it hasn't an appropriate breakfast and many other awful things.
hotel property was very old and under construction. all the furniture was very old fashion. bed was smaller than queen size. it was hair on our sheets. we asked for room in non-smoking level but in our room were 3 ashtray. check out time was 2pm which was good and they offer me to postpone it until 4pm if its needed. i arrived 4 am and reception was so helpful, not only him but also all staff in particular MR.GHAVAM in reception was try to change our room with renewed rooms in higher level with same price. I`ve been there 10 years ago and it wasn't that bad but never come back again !!
It's one of an old great and good hotels in tehran , If you want to stay near down town , some museum and old district of tehran it's one of good choices , it has an acceptable breakfast , good and polite staff but not fluent in speaking english , clean but old and very simple rooms . it's overall ok but couldn't be 5 star hotel .
Because of my job I stay 1 week in hotels in different countries almost every month. I’ve stayed in the most 5 stars hotel in iran and i can strongly say the Laleh hotel is not a 5star hotel. I had a 4 hours stay in Laleh international hotel between my flights, when I entered lobby it was like an ancient hallway but it was not the only bad part the worst part was the room, its was like a motel room on an empty road in the middle of desert 🐪. Laleh international hotel is not a 5 star hotel , its a “MOTEL”, Everything in this hotel needs renovation. I didn’t have a pleasant stay in this hotel and do not recommend any one to stay in this hotel unless they do a renovation
The hotel is overall ok. Room nice. Breakfast not the best but is ok. Staff do not really speak english, expecially at the restaurant. At the cinese restaurant are quite unfriendly if you ask information. The coffee shop is full of local people, but the variety of food is really poor. The employee cheaw during the duty which is not really nice i would say... I suggest you to add a general manager or supervisor to increase the professionality. Anyway was a good stay.
