Our story begins with a ninety-year-old house on Lolagar Alley, a famous street in the heart of Tehran. Hanna Boutique Hotel is an expression of contemporary Tehran, a collection of layers that have been added on over ninety years. The experience of staying at the hotel will present you with different glimpses of life in Tehran, a unique experience at the center of a busy, chaotic city, where you can enjoy art, architecture, design, and modern-day hospitality. Hanna Boutique Hotel is Persian Garden Studio’s first experience in urban rehabilitation. The building was purchased by the studio in 2016, and after two years of restoration, Hanna Boutique Hotel was inaugurated in winter of 2018. The hotel has seven rooms, a restaurant, and Platform and Pop-Up spaces. Its interior design is inspired by contemporary Iranian and international architecture, resulting in a modern, intimate space that will provide its patrons with a unique experience.

We had decided to stay here for my friend's birthday ,we had really great time there. Very friendly staff and really clean in every way. The architecture is extremely gorgeous inside and outside the room. Food was also delicious. It is in the middle of Tehran city so it's the best choice for tourists. I will add some photos but unfortunately I have no photo from the room itself. Overall I highly recommend it 👌

The architecture of the hotel and all its elements are beautiful as they mixed European and Persian elements for a great transitional design. Our room was large, super clean, and aesthetics were amazing and beautifully planned. They welcomed us with sharbaat- a refreshing Persian drink. Moreover, the restaurant’s design lets you see into the courtyard. The food had amazing presentation and taste - the menu is more contemporary with some Persian classic food. The cafe had really nice coffee with great latte art! Everyone we met at Hanna was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Given our first time in the country, they helped us with navigating the currency exchange, helped us with booking short and long distanced taxis, and always gave use solutions and answers to any questions or concerns we had. Attention to detail is everywhere, which makes this hotel one of the prettiest ones I’ve stayed at. Paired with the exemplary staff, this boutique hotel is a gem in Tehran.

My husband and İ stayed for three nights in two different rooms. Every thing was good, specially the staff; very polite, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. The breakfast is also great. You will also enjoy the unique way of the reconstruction.

I always found it a strange idea that some people decide to stay in a hotel in their own city. That was until we had the experience of staying in hotel Hana in Tehran which is my beloved city. Hôtel Hana is in the heart of Tehran and for us it’s not just a hotel, but a place with a soul. What Mahsa Majidi and Arash Heidarian did is to keep this old soul and add the beauty of Hana boutique hotel. It’s a smal place but you can feel the love and patience that has been used in every inch of this hotel. Each room has been designed differently and has a different energy but at the same time so authentique. The staff of the hotel are so kind and discreet at the same time which makes you feel that you are at home even more. At the heart of hotel Hana you can find a restaurant. I love eating and I have been to many hotels and restaurants but I can tell you that hotel Hana’s restaurant is one of the best restaurants that I have been to. I had steak and my hubby had fish. Both so tender, light and delicious 🤤. If one day you stay at Hana hotel don’t forget to taste the Shirberenj for your dessert - it’s really is fabulous! For breakfast we had eggs and fruit and yoghurt. It was all prepared exactly the way I wanted it to be - so fresh and all home made. Hana hotel is definitely is a place that I always want go back to. Again a big thanks goes to Mahsa and Arash for creating such a pearl in Tehran.❤️🦋

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hanna Boutique Hotel. Everything from the service, the cleanliness, the decor was absolutely perfect. The staff made us feel at home and provided us with any amenity we needed. They went above and beyond for us, from giving our boys late night snacks, getting us taxis whenever we needed, and just treating us like family. The hotel decor was incredible, and the location is surrounded by unique restaurants and art galleries. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
