#1 of 52 Specialty lodging in Tehran
Located in center of Tehran the house is in walking distance (3-4 minutes) from two main metro stations (Mofateh & Haft-e Tir) of metro line one. Several cafes, a big mall (Yas Market) and a cinema are in walking distance. Most of the attractions are easily accessible using metro line one. Our guesthouse is a fully-renovated old house with thick walls that keeps the building cool during summer and warm in winter. It reconciles between having privacy and the experience of living in a hospitable Iranian family. From the entrance door you see the beautiful yard and terrace which will soon be a lovely traditional teahouse. Fire extinguishing system guarantees the safety and on-site staff are always available. We provide families, couples and backpackers with valuable information and travel plan help. All the staff speak fluent English and go out of their ways to solve any problem you might have. Our priority is to make everlasting friendships and help each other.

In April 2020, when I visited Iran for the 6th time I totally knew where to stay. Kami and his parents are like my second family. I feel as staying at my home. In addition to their support and friendliness, the hostel they run is fully renovated and clean. This time my trip was interrupted due to the Corona virus. Thus I will soon plan a new travel to Iran when everything gets normal. Thank you Kami and see you soon.

Hi Anja; Long time has passed since you went back to Germany. We miss you. Corona showed us that nothing is for granted and we should enjoy each moment of the time we spend with our friends. You never know when you would have the chance again to sit around the same table and talk. I also miss those time, when the house was full of lovely guests like you. Everything has changed now, but the love we have for you is still as before. Hope to see you soon again. Kami and family

Dear Martin; Thank you very much for your kind support. It's practically one the worst situations I've ever experienced in my life; the economy is down and Corona is destroying everything. We all hope that future brings happiness and prosperity for everybody. Please keep in touch bro. Looking forward to seeing you again. Warmest good wishes; Kami and family

This is THE PLACE TO STAY while you are in Tehran! No need to look anywhere else! I think its virtually impossible to share my outstanding experience here. Still, I will still try to mention a few highlights: 1) Kami, his father Medhi and his mother who are running the hostel are super friendly, helpful, and from the bottom of their heart sooooooo hospitable. 2) As a vegetarian, I was so fortunate to have Medhi (a vegetarian himself) who cooked super yummy vegetarian dishes for me (@Medhi: a big thank you again!). Now being back in my home country, I will have to try to copy his dishes hihi 3) I loved the sightseeing tours offered by him. So insightful! 4) The location is excellent (e.g. groceries, stores, metro station, bakery etc. very close by) 5) As this is such a fabulous hostel it attracts a lot of other amazing travelers (I guess its called law of attraction : ) ). Long story short: book this fantastic hostel and you will have an amazing time in Tehran. Inshallah :)

I've been in more than 50 countries and Iran is the one I always want to visit again and again. I've been in more than 100 hostels and this is the one I always want to go back. The position is perfect, everything is very clean and soon will be under renovation (this means it will be even nicer). But the best in this hostel, is the family which runs it. You will feel yourself immediately at home and, after a long day out visiting the city, you'll be looking forward to going back to share your time with them. Somebody will welcome you with a nice cup of tea, some fruit and, if you are lucky, with some iranian tales quoted by heart by Mehdi. If you love travelling go to Iran, if you go to Iran come to Cozy Hostel. This will be part of your longlife experiences. I guarantee it.
