We stayed in twice during our trip to Iran, a nice place with good service and friendly and helpful stuff, wi-fi works well, breakfast offers good value, rooms were clean, coffee place around were good.

It was my first time to Tehran, and I was supposed to stay in this Hotel for 7 night. In my arrival day, me and my family decided to go for shopping and asked the front desk of hotel for nearby market. They recommended us Vali Asr Square and then front desk prepared taxi for us to Vali Asr. The taxi driver took 60,000 Tomans, while in return to hotel I paid 30,000 tomans to the taxi that I took my self. After sharing this issue with front desk of hotel, they talked to the taxi driver and finally told me that the taxi took more money from you and we will refund the extra money taken from you. It was shocking for me and did not trust the hotel anymore. I left the Hotel after two night and the hotel did not return the extra money.

We stayed there for 1 week, it was wonderful, i give it 5 stars . The staff are great , helpful and friendly. We just love the waiter Mohamad he is such a hard worker as well as Ali . Ali was working every where in the hotel , he tries everything to help you👍👍👍👍 highly recomended🌺🌺

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 nights the staff weren't good they didn't know i to talk or treat a kid and most of the times we needed them they weren't there the rooms were not bad and the breakfast wasn't that good either

i came tehran for work so i needed a quiet place to work and relax but unfortunately this hotel was the opposite the staff were mean and frustrating and didn’t require what i needed when i asked them and the rooms were uncomfortable so i couldn’t achieve any work either

before i checked into this hotel i expected a high quality place where i can relax and enjoy my trip in tehran but unfortunately it turned out to be a bad experience . there was barely any effort in keeping the quest satisfied and the staff behavior was unprofessional . it was a very unpleasant stay for me and im not coming back there .

Hi, I stayed in this hotel for a few days. The first day I wanted to leave this hotel, but it was not safe because I had paid for a few days. Very normal and bad breakfast with cheap ingredients. Every time you ask for something, it takes a long time to bring it or it is done. They have very few staff, but politely, in any case, this hotel has a lot of problems, and I do not recommend it at all.
