Nice clean, smart & bright hotel, service good, quality of food good and offering excellent. Hotel staff polite, cheerful, helpful and welcoming. Good wifi. I returned to this hotel after about 20 days and had the warm 'welcome back' from all the staff.
I have stayed in this hotel probably five to ten times. Each time, with a group booking, covering around 8 to 10 rooms each time. Unfortunately, we will only use this hotel in the middle of winter. At other times, they simply will not adjust the heat - and 100% of the people I travelled with agreed the rooms are much too hot. You can't leave the windows open, as the street is too noisy. So, there is nothing you can do about the heat. I spoke with management several times, and they refused to do anything about it, strangely, they accepted there was a problem. One other strange issue - the hotel offers room-service, but does not allow food to be eaten in the rooms (this applies for their own food, as well as any food you choose to bring back to the hotel). It's a real shame, because apart from those small issues, the hotel is conveniently located and quite nice.…
I stayed here for over a week. The staff here are so very kind and courteous, they treated me very well. As for the rooms, the have everything an individual could possible need, very comfortable and I felt at home. Air conditioning works great it you are staying in Tehran in the middle of summer like I did. Restaurant and coffee shop hours are very fair. Open early until quite late, might I add the coffee here is just amazing, I found myself ordering many every afternoon. Tehran is a very big city, this hotel location wise is quite well located. With a $5 cab ride basically anywhere you fancy visiting. Thanking You for a wonderful stay and I look forward to my next visit. Alexandra 😁
Our short (1 night) stay at the Eskan Forsat Hotel, Tehran, was a pleasant & comfortable one. The hotel staff kindly allowed an early check-in so we could rest for an hour before our next programme. The hotel staff were v polite & responsive. The room (no.304) was clean, neat, quiet & had all working facilities, Breakfast range was limited but sufficient. The (breakfast) restaurant was tastefully decorated & had a cosy ambiance. Good location.
My 3 night stay was spoiled by the strong smell of smoke from adjoining rooms. There isn't a non smoking floor. The hotel itself it well located near the old US embassy. Breakfast is good. Room was small but clean. No soap in the bathroom, only liquid stuff. Reasonably quiet but the smoky smell spoilt it for me.
