Escan Forsat Hotel is a fairly new top 3-star hotel officially opened in May 2008. It’s located in downtown Tehran, in a quiet street, a brief stroll from St. Joseph Catholic Church of Assyrian and also USA’s former embassy in Tehran. It’s just a short walk to the two main subway stations in Enghelab Street where you can also easily... More

We booked here for 3 nights. Good location near the main touristic attractions and near the metro station but also in a quite street. Well renewed hotel. Perfect clean. Good breakfast: enough choice of international food. Not to bad the restaurant if you need to eat something very quickly. Personnel very kind and helpful. Reasonable price. Very recommended!

This hotel was just about perfect in every way. The room was clean and large enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, and varied from day to day. Our room was not facing the road, so was very quiet. The coffee shop/restaurant was totally acceptable. The hotel was located well, and we enjoyed walking around the... More

Hotel room is too small. I have find smallest room size in entire Iran trip. Staff was friendly .and well mannered . Restaurant area is also small. In this hotel rent, you can find better room hotel in Tehran. Location of hotel is good.

Stayed 2 nights at the start of a trip round Iran. Pleasantly surprised, refurbished to a very good standard and aiming for an "International" feel, complete with doorman. Breakfast a bit limited but better than most of the other hotels we stayed in. A la carte dinner good but expensive. In a quiet road but an easy walk to busy... More

We stayed here twice, once at the start and then again at the end of our 3 weeks trip to Iran. This is a modern hotel, well located just a couple of blocks from Ferdowsi Metro. The bedrooms are good size and spotlessly clean, the en-suite bathroom had enclosed shower which we did not see anywhere else in Iran. There... More

This modern hotel is well located (easy walk to metro) and comfortable. Good bathroom with an enclosed shower. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant was a little expensive but the food was good.

On the very positive side, we arrived at 8am and the rooms were given to us straight away. The staff were friendly, the rooms adequate, the restaurant OK but rather gloomy. The position was quite good, not too far from the main sites, and five minutes walk from a nice park. On the negative was severely restricted internet. We know... More

I stayed here twice, once at the start and once at the end of a group tour of Iran. I was traveling alone. The first room was small with a single bed, The second room was the king bed and large, comfortable room that I requested that the tour company book for me. Rooms were spotlessly clean; WiFi slow but... More
