This was the last place we stayed during a two-week trip around Iran, and it was the only place in which we had an actual Western-style shower basin. We were grateful for the modern bathroom after a long trip, and for the kind staff who speak English perfectly and are always available to help or answer a question. We also...

We booked last minute twice and Mohamed, the manager was extremely helpful and swift in ensuring we would get a room despite late notice. The room was simple and clean and the bathroom (including european toilets) was pleasant and very clean. The location is good, approx 10 minutes from Imam Khomeini square and metro station (Tehran is way too big...

Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. Great location and within walking distance of the main sites in Tehran. Whilst the rooms may look a little tired, everything worked, hot & cold running water, quiet at night. Overall excellent value for money in central Tehran. I would definitely stay there again, mainly due to the helpful staff and...

The staff are very kind and helpful. Good place in central Teheran to meet with people. Years have passed by since it got built, but it is fairly reasonable. Clean. Some few things could have been added to the breakfast. But as most stay just for a couple of nights, I guess it is ok.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, 10 minute walk from Mellat & Emam Khomeni metro station, also with major attraction sights like the Grand Bazaar, Golestan Palace and the museum complex. You may not be able to guess it from walking around the hotel area with streets filled with car-related stuffs. The staff is also very helpful, particularly...

Khayyam hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly and helpful. They charged us 65 dollars for a triple room which was in the back somewhere. I found hair in our beds (in two of them), the sheets were rumpled and the blankets were not too clean either. The bathroom was all right. We moved to a different hotel...

The rooms are ok and comfortable and the hotel staff was super helpful with us. They helped us to arrange our visit and they...

The old rooms are average, new renovated rooms are quite good. Hotel is in a very good place. You will forget about everything you do not like when you see how pleasant and serviceable the staff is. I sincerely recommend the hotel.
