Have been regularly coming there since 2015. Very professional staff, modern rooms, great location and excellent restaurant. Ideal for business, because it is not busy as a zoo like the bigger hotels.

Niloo Hotel has a good location close to Vanak and Valiasr street. Interior is BeAutiful ! With a lot of detailed ornaments, paintings, handcraft. If you are a fan of art and vernacular taste you will probably like this place. Its an apartment hotel though. Friendly reception, elaborated spaces and clean rooms. Royal suite is the most expensive one they...

I stayed here for couple of nights. Nice and modern hotel though expensive for the amenities it offers when compared to Asian and western hotels. The buffet breakfast is good and quite a good spread of Western and traditional offerings.

Other hotels were recommended, but a local acquaintance told me that Niloo was the place to be. I totally agree. It is a small hotel owned by an Italian-Iranian family. I made the reservation by phone, confirmed it by email and also...

Niloo Hotel in Vanak Sq., in Tehran, is a small hotel, but very clean. I'd like this hotel because of very clean rooms. The staffs of the hotels are very polite and friendly. They usually welcome you by a wide smile and beautiful words.
