Luxury hotel professional high educated hard working and very friendly young staff by the lobby door to the room and restaurants will take care of you to rest and have safe and pleasant time here. I wish i could live here then i would live like a queen. Rooms are super clean by housekeeping people who are available any time. Coffe shop serves hot and cold food in a nice environment outside and inside and manage well. Laton restaurant serves breakfast hot and cold Buffet with best quality food and servers in a clean environment by staff and of course managed excellent by the professional restaurant manager. Also, Laton restaurant serves lunch and dinner which every Thursday and Friday lunch and every night has all you can eat Buffett and live music . Staff and manager of this restaurant are excellent professional hard working clean and friendly . The sky lounge restaurant is another excellently of hotel spinas palace . I should mention i see some guest who bothers hotels staff but the staff do more than their job to make theirs stay well. At last i should thanks all of you house keeping and restaurants staff managements security parking operators receptions who worked hard that i have good time here. 🙏🥰

The Espinas Palace Hotel was the best hotel beautiful, safe, and friendly country of Iran! From its prestige location in the north of Tehran, nearby great restaurants and shopping In another hand the staff is very professional, friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. the relaxing atmosphere, snow capped mountains in winter, and friendly staff make up for that. I really felt very comfortable at the Palace!actually This hotel has three different high end restaurants with great foods, which was very accommodating to my needs. The coffee shop in the lobby was also great. The staff were very polite and professional especially Mr.Saeed salehi and they provided the best service so thanks a million it’s very enjoyable.

My family and I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel. During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.
First, we asked for our bedding to be changed three times. Unfortunately, they were all dirty every single time. wonder what do the housecleaning people at your hotel do exactly to prepare the room for the next guest? Do they have a checklist or do they just randomly go through stuff?
Second, my husband used the hotel massage facility which he founded not relaxing at all and even suffer more muscles pain and discomfort.
Finally, most of your stuff accepting a tips for every single service they provide to their costumer. We find this behaviour extremely unprofessional.
I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a five star hotel of your state and caliber. I am very disappointed from this bitter experience.
I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps that you are willing to take to prevent such incidents in the future.

Impeccable service, decent sized rooms, and great food! Very nice and varied selection for breakfast. I particularly loved the live pianist in the restaurant by the entrance, and I can fondly remember the home-like service offered to every guest. I asked them for some sliced lemon and ginger to my room because I was not feeling well, it was promptly delivered and they did not charge me for it. I also witnessed a great Iranian wedding in the hotel halls on the weekend, which was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to every one while in Iran.

We stayed at Espinas Palace for 7 nights. It is by far the noisiest hotel ever with a poor isolation - we've been hearing the neighbors shouting ruckus all the time loud and clear. Staff (mostly reception) were aggressive and rude in some circumstances. We had two rooms one on the 9th and the other on the 15th floor, and in both rooms wifi was as good as a dial up (seriously!). The prices are obviously bloated (dinner, associated taxies, etc. - consider 3x the normal price), and thus, in our view the value for price was extremely low. Except a nice view of Tehran's skyline, if you're lucky (and ready to splash the cash), this is a 2-star hotel in worldwide standards when it comes to staff and facilities. Absolutely not recommended.

I really enjoyed the time I stayed in this hotel with my husband who really cares about cleaning up the rooms and further arrangements. I would say the staff are really kind, caring and respectful. You as guest will never be alone as there’s always someone to support you. A good example is Mr. Badrloo.

It was our first time to stay in this hotel after a recomendation from family member visted before 3 months
Hotel location is superior at the top of mountain with city view and hill view
The outlook of the building is very nice, lobby is luxury, reception is nice also and check in was fast
People speak english and most of them are frindly and polite as well and seems that most of famous hotels in Tehran speakes english
The access to the hotel is somehow complicated and some taxis cant reach to it in single way except a frequant comming drivers
Keep in mind, if you want to come out of hotel and go to the mid city, you will be required to use the taxis available there and normally they charge 2-3 times more than normal taxis
For airport transfer from hotel, i really recommend to arrange from an outside agent as the differamce in price is almost 4 times
The rooms are very standard and not reaching to a 5 star hotel and furnitures are old as well beside a very standard bathroom and equipments
TV is hardly opening few channels and they kept options for movies and serieses which are not working at all
Room service is very weak and slow and we have requested few things which didnt reached except after 2nd or 3rd reminder call
The internet connection is sooo bad and you need to stay beside your door to get a good connection and this is a very bad point on such a hotel which accomodates businesmen and prime meetings
Breakfast area is also very normal and comparing to some other 4 or 5 stars hotels in different cities, this was very normal with repeated menu and weak service which didnt reach to reflect 5 stars at all. We had a complaint in our first day on the service at breakfast area and raised to their manager and thankfully she took.the action and the service changed completly in the next 2 days and wish that it keeps like this for all the guests but i think they need to train their team as well to find stable solution for seating as well
We had missunderstanding in coffee shop in the lobby and thanking their employees and their manager Mr. Poorya for his reaction to solve it and he also noted all thr other issues we had to their management
From an outlook, if you look a businessman, famous or a rich person you will be served in different way completly and this was sensed directly by myself in few places at the hotel which reflects a negatuve point need to be resolved by their management
I really recommend the following people 1. Couples 2. Businessmen 3. Solo travelers To stay in this hotel if they are comfort
