Hotel staff (6/10) Different experience from one staff personnel to another. You have to push to get something done.
Hotel room (8/10) Very good room with more than enough amenities. But, It was noisy sometimes as my room was above Sawamer hotel restaurant and it get noisy whenever there are singers there especially at the weekends
Location (7/10) Walking distance City center mall and small Star Bucks coffee shop. 10 minutes by taxi to a lot of good cafe's and locations.
Room service (6/10) I was staying full board since I was in quarantine, the food quality was Ok but there was no variety almost the same food every day and portions are very small.
Unpleasant incidents: - The hotel driver was supposed to be waiting at the airport but no one was there. I had to call two times the hotel and waited 40 minutes until the driver came. - No proper follow up from hotel management for the COVID-19 government updates as I had to update the front desk and hotel manager about the new government update for entering communal area such as gym and pool despite it was announced 7 days ago.
Overall Ok experience but wouldn't repeat it as there is a better located hotels nearby with same price range.

Let's start with the strangest comment - but it's totally true: the hotel has the best restaurant toilets we have ever seen! They are styled after an Arabic hamam and are just exquisite...it's worth going to pee just to see the loo!
The rooms was quiet, spacious and comfortable, and wifi was reliably strong. The front-desk staff were courteous and efficient, and the luggage storage was secure and effortless. The location is in a quiet area not too far from the centre of everything, and an easy (and cheap) Uber ride to whatever you need. The standout feature was the breakfast, which was absolutely deliciousL a huge choice of everything from fresh fruit to international hot dishes and, best of all, a range of different fresh croissants in their own heated unit. We would highly recommend the place and would certainly stay here again on a future visit to lovely Manama.

"Hot" Food in the breakfast room was cold. Waitress not wearing a mask properly, breathing over the food. Set menus on the room service menu not available, although we had the same food in the restaurant the night before. The minibar (No Alcohol in this hotel) fridge is a cooler -set at 16 degrees, so even the water was not cold.

We do Not recommend this hotel for the price they charge, location and service. We traveled 5 hours, got to the hotel by midnight wanting to get nice warm food, no food, no lounge available. We paid $6.00 for a coffee. One of the staff was very rude from the start. The hotel is isolated, you have to walk 10 minimum to get anywhere bc everything is limited on site., which it would have been fine if we weren’t so tired at that point. They gave us a room that had a building wall as view on the second floor, that was fixed to make you believe it was clean, which it wasn’t at all. Front of the hotel looks shady, I felt unease there. I asked nicely if we could cancel the following next 2 nights and stay there that one night since we were exhausted, they said no, if we stay we will be charged 3 night, no choice. Expedia was no help either, we ended up losing that money, went to another hotel, which it was very nice, . We were able to eat fresh made food right away no issues. I’m glad we changed hotel.

I'm not sure how the hotel is during normal operations, but as a quarantined hotel, the food service is terrible. The room is nice and the service is good, but the food they provide is terrible, especially when you're stuck in quarantine.
If you choose to stay here, be ready for inconsistent meal times and disgusting food taken straight out of a middle school cafeteria.
*Addition* The service staff is very polite, but the managers or administrators are incredibly rude and make you regret asking for anything.

I cannot rave enough about this beautiful Ramada and its service. Very clean and helpful staff. The rooms themselves are beautifully done, I’ve done a couple of weekend stays here and it always feels like I’ve escaped miles away, refreshed and come back new. And the breakfast food here! food- you can’t ever get bookings because of how popular they are. The deep pool area has lovely and gets quite busy on weekends with families. The lobby is also lovely to visit even if you’re not staying here just for a coffee. Truly Bahrain’s stellar hotel, we are lucky to have them here.

It was a memorable weekend stay with family at Ramada by Wyndham City Center Bahrain. Hotel is 4 star property with ideal sea front location in Seef District close to Bahrain City Center and Seef Mall. 24 Hours room service. Decent size of swimming pool located on the rooftop. Hotel has separate Gym and Spa both for men and women, kids play area. There is Restaurant with Arabic and Continantal delicious food plus sea view Sheesha lounge offers relaxing atmosphere. All rooms and other areas sanitized with recommended sanitizers. Highly recommended for family's and business travellers.

Samawar Restaurant at Ramada City Center - have the best buffet breakfast as always, very affordable rate with 5 star hotel quality service. Variety of food to choose from, all delicious and freshly baked from the salad, all types of bread, sweets, juices, variety of cold and hot drinks and ofcourse the main menu breakfast variety to choose from - all sumptuous. The staff were all very attentive and the ambience of restaurant at daytime is really cool, in addition to the place being so clean. A highly recommended place to have your meal indeed!
Great meal, great place with the company of wonderful friends - a day complete!

We stayed in this property for Five days . First impressions are of a modern well located seef area. Initial welcome was very friendly as was Check in and baggage handling both of which were also very efficient .The room was well presented and Was sparkling clean ,facilities were as expected with excellent connectivity , sleep quality was very comfortable on crisp white sheets ,. The bathroom reflected the room but was really much too small even though the facilities were of a good standard . Housekeeping do a good job of maintaining hygiene. Externally there is easy access to a city center and other malls. My wife and I travel extensively across the world for six to eight months a year generally staying in 5star accommodation, and without doubt the staff in this property are amongst the nicest we have encountered the management team are especially pleasant to deal with particularly Rooms Manager Naveen, Restaurant manager Gilbert who was constantly on hand making sure the guests were getting the best service . In short a very well run property we would return.
