The Ramada Hotel location is strategically located and a good choice for family stay in Bahrain. We got a clean room and its spacious enough for a family of four. It is close to City Center Mall and Jarir Bookstore. Keep on improving the guest experience.

Location is - presently - not very attractive, dusty, dirty, lots of construction work going on. Rooms are OK, four star standard, clean, spacious bath, nice and comfortable bed, WiFi worked well. BUT: there is a very popular bar on the ground-floor with live music, and that noise spilled all the way to my room. Very noisy, unable to sleep. That is not acceptable for a hotel. Sorry, either you are a venue for concerts or a hotel. But loud music until 3am is simply not acceptable. Breakfast food OK, nothing to complain about, nothing exceptional either, on par with what you would expect in a hotel of this category and being in the Middle East, it included the typical Middle East fare, which I personally like. I would be able to recommend the hotel as an adequate place to stay, if you have a car for making your city tours etc. or your only interest is going to the nearby shopping malls. But the noise is simply a show-stopper, hence my recommendation to avoid this hotel, if you value a good nights sleep. Even with ear plugs, the noise was too strong. I do not think that problem is confined to that particular room, as my colleagues staying on the same floor had the same experience. …

We were sleeping but the terrible fire alarm serin sound at 11 p.m. filled us with horror. We were completely in horror as our son and daughter were in the other room which was not next to ours. Due to the possibility of real fire, we were informed to leave our rooms but then we were told to get back to our rooms as it was technical issue. Even when were were sleeping again, the fire alarm serin sound worked at 2:30 a.m. Shame - same story was repeated!! It didn’t stop here.. the fire alarm serin sound worked for another two time!! Our weekend which was supposed to be calm and pleasant turned to be unpleasant at all. Before the incident, we planned to check out early morning but the situation enforced us to delay our check out until around 9 a.m. Upon checking out, we informed the receptionist lady about our anxiety, unpleasant sleep out of what happened and our anger and request for compensation, however, the only thing she offered was asking us if we would like to have a late check out as make up for the huge miss. I am returning customer as this is my 5th or 6th stay in the hotel and I assumed that they will better value me. However, this didn't happen at all. …

It was a comfy stay in the hotel , Ramada city center will be always my first and only option. But I like to receive a discount or upgrade . I also would like to thank the resturant team for their kindness ; they had so sweet in my previous staying because at that time I was sick and they prepare special hot and comfy drink for my throat .

Let's start with the strangest comment - but it's totally true: the hotel has the best restaurant toilets we have ever seen! They are styled after an Arabic hamam and are just exquisite...it's worth going to pee just to see the loo! The rooms was quiet, spacious and comfortable, and wifi was reliably strong. The front-desk staff were courteous and efficient, and the luggage storage was secure and effortless. The location is in a quiet area not too far from the centre of everything, and an easy (and cheap) Uber ride to whatever you need. The standout feature was the breakfast, which was absolutely deliciousL a huge choice of everything from fresh fruit to international hot dishes and, best of all, a range of different fresh croissants in their own heated unit. We would highly recommend the place and would certainly stay here again on a future visit to lovely Manama. …
