Nothing is exciting about this property other than proximity to the kingdom tower. Suitable for a short stay, or a business trip. Spent a night here and the night was spoiled with the strong musty of bleach from the bedsheet. Served a continental breakfast and selection was OK.

2nd time stayed at this hotel and most likely will be the last. This 2nd trip was totally different from the previous trip. First, room condition. Carpet had stain, uncomfortable bed and rooms so 'dark'. Second, breakfast. Used to be variety but now very limited and not good.

Checked in to find a shockingly dis-tasteful room. Super tired and unkept. The bed has been hastily made. The carpet is worn out. Wires are strewn around. Someone might trip or can cause fire hazard. The management needs to uplift the room to Novotel Accor standards.

This was a relatively cheap (90 euros) compared to other hotels in Riyadh. Staff is helpful and speak English The elevator steel walls could be better maintained as gives a bad impression Clean rooms Excellent location.
