Stayed here for a night and the wifi connection was non existent. For a business hotel this really is not the right hotel. Service was good but food options are very limited especially in room dining. Value for money hotel

It is a nice modern hotel ,which is located very strategically in RIYADH , which connects to all important business centers of riyadh and the government offices. Also you have a mini shopping market nearby , from where you could buy your essentials. The rooms are excellent , good laundry , nice staff and very professional. Only thing is one of the staff was rude in the reception , when I was checking out on 5th APRIL 2017 afternoon. Didn't understand what was his problem in life !!!!

Fairly new and well appointed hotel. Good links to the airport as it is on the Eastern Ring Road. Spacious lobby, very clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and efficient. Food choice is rather limited and the menu doesn't change much. But the serving staff are quite good and attentive. I spent a month there. Very clean gym and great indoor pool. Room service and housekeeping are a high standard. The drawback is that unless you work or visit In that area there is very little within walking distance, but it's easy to get around via Uber. But if you need to stay in this part of town, it's a great choice.

A 4 day trip to this sprawling city saw me try this newly built hotel in preference to my usual one due to its proximity to the conference venue (5 mins). It is well appointed, clean and quiet, with easy access from the Eastern Ring road. The rooms are smaller than regular Gulf sized ones, but spot on for my requirements. The bathroom is cramped, though, and the shower could be warmer. I guess if the outside temperature is 37C, then cooler might be better. The AC was a little noisy, but thankfully in a ruthlessly effective way. Restaurant was clean and elegant with a good variety of well priced dishes. All very tasty. Fans of LCHF diets are always going to struggle in the Middle East, do assume you will need to relax your diet here. Accommodation cost was beyond cheap, at literally 35% of a comparable room in other countries. I’m sure they were having a special to get occupancy up. The hotel is less than a year old Health club was normal hotel standard, but with a good pool and jacuzzi too. Will definite consider this hotel again based on value for money, location and pleasantness of overall experience

Firstly when asked for a Non-Smoking room, I could smell the smoke odour as I entered the room. Lying in bed I could smell the stale odour from the toilet and to top it off I had a little friend in the room as well, as per the attached picture. So overall not the cleanest of places.....The rooms are old and need updating, as well does the overall appearance of the hotel. Haven't tried breakfast yet, but not expecting too much.
