I had a training course for 3 days, The attendants of the training venues from the hotel side were not available all the time to provide help. However, they are very polite, and when contacted, they tried their best to help.

This hotel is situated around 15 minutes driving from the airport and less than a kilometer distance from the Exhibition area of Riyadh. The rooms are good, bathroom is modern, they have tea pot to make tea. No view from the window as as there are concrete structure closing the view ( most probably to protect from the killing sun). The hotel is next to the airport of the Saudi ground forces, and there are a lot of training flights during the day. The fridge is absolutely empty, but the time you will register they will charge you money for possible extra charges (if the fridge is empty, where you will spend 400 euros they charged me?). The problem is that they don’t block you money on card, they charge you. And when you do check out they are.... giving you cash in local currency. Amazing!!! Why you need local cash prior to take flight back to your country? So if you insist and are able to make small scandal they are promising you to send money on your account. So, your rights as a customer are not protected at all. Another big problem of this hotel is reception desk. Those young employees almost don’t speak English and for any your question are answering that Inshaala main manager will come (tonight, tomorrow, etc) and will answer or will solve your problem. So why you work at the reception if you are unable to solve the problem? One day it took them 50 minutes (!!!!) to order taxi for us. They are unable to establish good relation either with taxi drivers or to use App Kerim for taxi. The breakfast is good, with good quality food. During the evenings they welcome guests with free Arabic coffee. In general the hotel is good, but they have huge problems with qualified and staff and its efficiency.

Ill start from check in. The gentlemen on the frontdesk, one of them is not flexible at all and he wants all the amount plus 300 riyals insurance. I understand that this is the policy for walkins but not for guests with corporate rate. The funny thing is that he decreased the insurance to 200. So its not system not a policy. The other guy has nothing of hospitality. He doesnt smile, hea frowning and his tone is agressive. These 2 doesnt deserve to be in a 5 stars IF this hotel is really 5 stars. The breakfast is a holocaust ! 1st day i went in vegetable plates are empty i spent 1 hour and left and still the plates with no refill and the waiters are standing next to the buffet but maybe they thought its enough for today. The selection is not bad, food is horrible everything is cold hash browns is like a stone bread is stiff. Its good for a motel breakfast but not to the standards of 5 stars Moreover the price is overrated at 700 riyals almost 200$ i can easily get a way better hotel in Riyadh that is really 5 stars. The pluses: Rooms are spacious very clean bed is comfortable, the AC is perfect, shower and toilet is very nice and amenities are very rich. Its the first and last time i come here.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The design had a Middle East feel which was nice. The main lobby seating area is an especially nice part of the hotel. I was especially impressed by the food which was great. The staff in the restaurant were especially nice, talking me through some of the local food options in the buffet. My room was large and my stay was definitely good value. Everything from the check in, check out, airport transportation, room service etc, ran super smoothly which is a great thing when you are travelling on business. Only downsides were: Some of the staff on reception struggled with English. The hotel is next to an airbase with aircraft taking off all day and night. There is some sound proofing but it might not be suitable for those who are very light sleepers.
