Spent 2 nights at the Al Faisaliah last week during a business trip to Riyadh. Reason for staying is basically because the offices of the company I work for are literally next door, what makes the hotel very convenient for me form a location point of view. Right now, the hotel is undergoing some renovations, hence at arrival, entrance is through a side door, and not through a main lobby. That's not an issue for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, clean, well equipped. Nice bed and pillows too. My room even had a small balcony, which in my case was nice, because I like fresh air from outside (mainly in the evenings) rather than AC....at least at this time of the year in Saudi. Only issue is that all around the hotel there is a huge construction site, hence very noisy even very late in the evening. First time I opened the door of the balcony, had to close it after 5 mins because it was extremely noisy outside.....and it was on Saturday late night, around 11pm. I know is not hotel's fault, but it's a fact about all the construction happening in the area. From the food offer, tried only breakfast and was perfect. Very wide range of options, all very fresh and tasty. In summary; very good hotel where I will definitely stay again in the coming months.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff was nice and very keen to help and provide information. As one of the tourists that visited this country for the first time after tourism visa is opened, I have a very good impression. However, the suite I stayed was old and some of the breakage of the fixture was not managed well. To my surprise, both of the balconies of my room were complete covered with bird’s feces and I couldn’t even step out. This significantly compromised the value of the hotel and the rooms....
