Came for staying 3 weeks for business because of its location. Rooms, despite looking a bit old, are comfortable. Wish the breakfast had have a bit more variety, as after 3 weeks was a bit tired of getting the same, but overall was good. Staff is very friendly. Just need to improve a bit the rapidness of the room service.

I have stayed in this hotel for over 5 months. The hotel is newly opened, rooms are nice and light and location is excellent. That’s about it for the pros. Service is probably the worst of any bonvoy hotels I stayed in (and as 100+ nights a year I have a comparison). Few of examples: 1)Room service doesn’t pick up the phone, you have to call 5 times to finally order food (this happened on average 2/4 days I stayed in for 5 months) 2)In the morning there is no warm water, you have to wait for it for 10 minutes 3)AC in gym doesn’t work, you can easily do hot yoga there, treadmills stand in front of the wall which makes running super dull 4)staff in Turkish place is super slow, even though the food is great 5)room dining doesn’t deliver breakfast orders on time (usually late or forgotten) The hotel has nice facilities and good location. On that price point it should be your go to option in Riyadh but because of the service level it is much worse than it should be. Not to mention that the hotel doesn’t not recognize the bonvoy benefits. The worst thing is staff that doesn’t care you can frequently see them chilling on sofas next to the buffet or coffee place. On the other hand I hope it is just a learning period and staff will step-up its game to match other bonvoy properties. With little effort this hotel can be a much better place for its guests.

I acommodated here for business purposes. Location is good, around older part of the city. Breakfast is practical consisting of all basic stuff where you may find enough to eat. Dinner is served in the same restaurant, both buffet and a la carte options. Gym is fine and you can exercise at moderate level. There’s also pool area, but if you wanted to have ”sunbath” to tan yourself that will be possible only in the morning time, otherwise walls are shadowing the pool area. No shops or malls around. Neither other restaurants or so.

The location of the hotel is good but I was given a room with an adjoining door , asked to move and they said no other rooms available. I could hear my neighbour sneeze and use his/her cutlery! The door must have been made of cardboard. Had to move after the first night couldn’t bear it. Check in is very slow and room service don’t have any All Bran or Branflakes although listed , they gave me chocopops instead! The ladies gym is a small hot room with really old equipment and at night completely visible to the men in the ‘men’s gym’ so utterly pointless. Disappointing that when ladies pay the same price they get a substandard gym and aren’t allowed to use the pool.

Nice new property in olaya area of the Riyadh city. Standalone building. Rooms and wifi was good. Checkin staff could have been a bit warmer and friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent even for a vegetarian. Took quiet a bit of time while checking out since hotel didn't have proper currency change. In short, good hotel, nice rooms, decent food but front desk staff need to be a bit more warm and friendly. Reception staff didn't ask me for a credit card while checking in. Then at night, had ordered room service and the waiter insisted I pay in cash- told him I would have my meal and then go down and give them a card to block for such extras. Thankfully, he agreed. But had to go down at 11pm since front desk forgot to block a card. Probably, the avoidance of this small issue would have easily got them 5 stars from me. No issues with the property per se.
