I stayed here for one night. I picked the hotel for location being close to my business meeting knowing the crazy traffic of Riyadh city throughout the day and for its low price too. Everything was cool except the road blockage around the hotel which made it very hard to reach the facility. Otherwise everything else was average. Staff were... More

Arrived very late/early to check-in to this hotel, after they had failed to send the booked car to the airport to collect me, and almost walked straight out again, as the booking which had been made in English wasn't adhered to at all, and the English speaker on night duty hardly spoke a work of English and really didn't understand... My experience with this hotel was quite pleasant and satisfactory. I had stayed for 3 days, and had a good time. Room was very stylish and clean. Lot of mirrors everywhere. Ambiance inside the room was great. The service is 4 star quality and so are the rooms. Food was not so great, it can be improved i thought. There... More

Stayed there for two nights during a business trip in Riyadh; the hotel having been booked by the hosting company. I arrived early in the morning and check-in was fast and smooth. The Room was decently furnished with the standard in room amenities (Flat Screen, Safe, Coffee+Tea Facilities etc ...). The Room was clean (Some signs of aging though), Room... More

A nice story from my stay here for 3 nights in February 2009: Arrived at the reception at around 22:00 and showed my voucher to the guy there. He looked at it and acknowledged that I had a "Normal room" booked for 3 nights, but then admitted that they had already gave the room to someone else and had no... More

Hotel was booked by a colleague in Saudi. City is full in January (cool winter climate) and this was only decent hotel with availability. Classed as 4 star but that stretches imagination a little. Good, average hotel but showing signs of age. Service was very good, with customary tipping expected. My room was comfortable and clean, but again a little... More
