not a 4 star compared to hotels in Bangalore. Distance to Kaaba 200-250m and haram starts at about 100m. Very crowded for lifts. very small rooms. Good for elderly as it is very close by haram and Kaaba.

I was there with my wife for Umrah from 12th to 19th thru Cosmic Tour. Hotel is good but not great. Ask for front rooms, amenities are okay in such important place. Cleanliness okay. Food mostly provided by tour operators so hotel has no role....More
This hotel quite close to Masjidil Haram.
And near to supermarket, other store if we want to buy anything. After Subuh pray, we can find people sell clothes or pashmina in front of Hotel, with lower price.

I don't think the hotel provide wheelchair at the hotel. You will have to carry your own or you can but it from the pharmacies outside the masjid. There are many pharmacies around the Haram. Once you are inside haram there... More
I don't think the hotel provide wheelchair at the hotel. You will have to carry your own or you can but it from the pharmacies outside the masjid. There are many pharmacies around the Haram. Once you are inside haram there are many chairs available in the masjid, So if you have a person on wheel chair don't worry.
