Stayed there for 10 days, during the hajj season. Located at 10-15mins walk from the holy mosque, 800 metes precisely. Poor room service and hygienic conditions. Very unfriendly non cooperative staff and hotel management. They will make you cry. Smelly air conditioning system as if someone has keeping pigeons in it. There are better options available than this one in...

Toilets were clean and not too dated. Staff at lobby were good and professional. WiFi is strong in lobby. The food they sold at the hotel was...

The location is far from the Masjid Haram which is about 15 minutes walk. The building is old. Bathroom is old. You have to request for towels. Breakfast is just OK. Better than nothing. There are supermarket, restaurants and other stores near by. It is on the main street.
