it was a good stay, staff wasnt that cooperative but the onwer was. breakfast was more on the Egyptian/Turkish side rather than on the Sub-Continent side but still not bad. you get to have something at least for the breakfast like eggs, butter, honey, milk, tea, coffee, olives (awesome). location is very near to haram (best advantage)

It claimed to be about 280m to the Masjidil Haram but it's quite a distance to walk especially for elderly people! Nothing special in this hotel where we just needed to have a place to sleep. Service is bad and our room was not cleaned at all during the 5 nights in Makkah! Wifi is like 'lucky draw' where you... More

Negatives are: Rooms are small. Staff is not friendly at all. Breakfast is more inclined towards Arabic dishes. Wifi in lobby only and that too is connectable at non-rushy hours. Positives are: very close to haram, 5 minutes brisk walk. Overall a good experience. Value for money is there.

Near to Haram, free wifi in lobby, staff is friendly, room size is small. Very hot water in washrooms. Safe lockers are available for free. Wifi speed is good. Grocery store is nearby. Refrigerator in every room. Some rooms don't have Windows

The hotel is located abt 260mtrs away from the Grand Mosque thus I can go to the most for all the 5 prayers.... Very crowded hotel. No wifi available. The receptionist can hardly speak English..when I complained about a burst pipe in my bathroom..I brought an Arabic man to explain my problem to them..it took them more than 3 hours... More

I stayed there with a friend while doing umrah in the last week of december 2014. It a basic 3 stars hotel with very poor service. Tiny room with street noise all day. No towels or linens changed during our 5 days stay. The only good thing is the short walk to haram (less than 10 minutes to king Fahd... More
