At this time of the year it is so cowded. The elevators were very crowded. Some time you wait 20 minute until you can use one specially at prayer times and breakfast time. Two elevators to reach the holy mosque where other hotels uses only one. The breakfast an average quality one and most of the time I wait until...

The good is the location of the hotel and the view. Bad you have to get what's expected from the name of this hotel, but unfortunately not. Especially the smell of the rooms are cigarettes, plus there is no good maintenance for non-working things or broken.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and I’ve had a pleasant stay both times. The most recent visit was in April 2016 with my brother and sister. Our 5 night stay was at a suite located on the tenth floor. It had 2 bathrooms including a bathtub in one (though shower cubicles in both), a dining table, a walk...

Please book the property well ahead of time to get the best package. Its very convenient place and practically you are inside of Haram all the time.So please be careful for the respect of Haram. All facilities are in the same tower so no need to go out even for shopping.

Before my arrival Fairmont Mont emailed me asking if I do need any special arrangements. When I requested early check in it was accommodated right away. Upon arrival the check in was very smooth. Went to the normal counter and they directed me to the Presidential counter. The person was very helpful, can't recall his name but i think it...

The staff are really helpful and efficient. Our room was super clean and well equipped. The only recommendation would be to add more varieties to the in-room dining like pizza. Also, elevator area needs more organization as it sometimes gets very crowded and chaotic. However, the stay was overall great and nice.

This hotel is supposed to be a luxurious and elegant one, while the truth is it is of a standard 4 stars level. Hotel's reception and decorations is very WOW which is the only thing one would like.
