I arrived in Madaba without an idea of where to stay and then came upon the Queen Ayola Hotel. And boy am I glad I did! For 10 JD this place cannot be beat in Madaba. The rooms were clean (no place washed their sheets-just saying), shared bathroom (en suite also available), free Wifi, and a delicious breakfast included! The... More

Located in the center of Madaba. It is a nice, simple hotel - fair to the price. Staff is sweet and they speak English. The rooms are fine - towels and bedsheets, but not the cleanest room I've been in ;). However, the atmosphere is fine and they serve breakfast - which is hard to find during Ramadan. Good place... It was nice hotel and really nice staff at the hotel. Location was perfect, near to all of interest there. The room was spacious, with balcony, but there I would like to have chairs so I could sit there and look at the life on the street. However, perhaps it would be carrying out some renovation, especially in the bathroom.... More

The reason thatt this hotel is meant for backpackers, it shouldn't mean that it has to be unclean, however unfortunately it is. Especially the bathroom are not clean at all and the rooms very dusty. It is cheap and the breakfast is included but very basic. The location is good, but that goes for most af the htoels, for the... More

A little old and not very clean but you get what you pay for. Good place to stop but must not be too picky. In the middle of the night, we were woken up by food and cigarette smells from the downstairs restaurant. We had a shared bathroom which was a bit cold and small but it is ok for... More

First of all, the staff at the hotel is very friendly and accommodating; they deserve a 5-star rating. The location is good, and the price too. However, we knew the breakfast was going to be basic and we had nothing against that, but once we had finished eating our food and gave the dishes to the staff (on the counter... More

I stayed here for six nights total. Three at the beginning of my journey through Jordan and three on my way back to Amman. The staff is incredible, very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about madaba as well as the surrounding area. Great location. Great area to be based out of for day trips in the north of Jordan... More

+ Welcoming staff, breakfast was basic, but good, good location. It is possible to pay by credit card for your stay and drink expensive beer WITH alco. A/c worked well. - Noisy beds and shared bathroom. Bed linen not clean, with somebodys hair. Tidy shower and problems with water mixer, poor acoustic opacity inside.

- Quite loud metal beds. Some problems with water: tide in a shower and problems with water mixer. Loud shared bathroom's doors. The room wasn't very clean. + A/c worked really good. It is possible to pay by credit card your stay. There are happy hours (18:00-22:00) when you can buy 3 cans of bear by the price of 2.... More
