The boy and the girl at the reception were amazingly friendly and helpful! They gave us very good recommendations and advised us well on the weather at the Dead Sea and which road is scenic and worth it. The hotel can give you a very good discount on the day pass at the Crowne Plaza Resort at the Dead Sea - 25JD per person including a great lunch (without the discount it's 40JD). The breakfast is delicious and plenty. You can help yourself with coffee, tea, and water all day. This is a small gesture from the hotel but it really makes a difference. We were in room 202 and it was very clean, warm and comfortable. Actually this was the best place we've been for a week in Jordan (with the exception of the Beduin Camp in Wadi Rum but it is in the desert so it's totally different). I can't recommend this place and those people enough!

Helpful staff and a friendly welcome. An excellent choice for a late arrival with easy access from and to the airport. Showers were hot, the best we had in Jordan. This is not a fancy 5 stat establishment but if you are looking for a comfortable stay, in a local family run place look no further. Breakfast served buffet style was limited in choice but entirely suitable for our needs. Overall excellent value for money in what is not a cheap destination. Madaba itself is a pleasant enough town for a brief stop. The hotel put us in touch with Amar who organised our transport around Jordan. Arrangements with Amar were easy and our driver Ghassan was reliable and provided good company for our long days on the road. He found us the best coffee we had on our trip from a road side café.

comfportable matresses, working air conditioner. Basic breakfast which was ok. Nice staff!. I needed an invoice and it was printed for me on the spot immediately. But i was given a room without windows and in the cellar. The room could have been warmed in advance.
