We were looking for a hotel that was good value for money, clean and good location. Mariam was certainly that, the staff were friendly, rooms simple but clean and not far from the main town. We also used the pool which was really lovely

The staff at the Mariam hotel was friendly and extremely helpful. A buffet breakfast is served upstairs on a rooftop balcony. Dinner is served down by the pool and in a small restaurant area. Everything was very cute. The bathrooms are a bit out of date but clean.

Mariam Hotel was a great location to start our trip in Jordan last April. The breakfast at the top floor with the view on the city of madaba was wanderful. The owner Mr. Charl Twal was always available and very keen in helping us to organize many trips from and around Madaba. He also provided us with a driver, Adnan,...

The service was excellent. The front desk people were very helpful. We arrived early the morning...7am. We were prepared to just drop our luggage and find a place to eat. We were welcomed, checked in to the available room, told to enjoy breakfast. The owner's hospitality was most welcomed. We decided to extend our stay from 2 nights to 4...

The room was a very nice size, with a decent bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area. Always lively conversation in the lobby and excellent music playing in the restaurant. We were very happy with the location as well, close to the center of town but not in the thick of it. It's also important to mention the wonderful drivers...

Mariam Hotel is a budget friendly and well run property. Every staff member that I met there, day or night, was very friendly and able to help with any problems I had. The hotel has pre-arranged prices for day trips to see the important things in the area. Expect prices to range from $75-100 for the transportation. Keep in mind...

Arriving late (2am) from Athens, we chose to spend the rest of the night and leave for Petra the next morning. Did not expect much. Just a bed and a bathroom for a good price. Big minus lack of shades on a east oriented room! Woke up before 6:00am. Since we slept at 4:00 that was a huge problem. A...

Nice clean hotel in Madaba, and a great launching place for your entire vacation. The breakfast is hearty with cooked and cold selections. The family who runs this can recommend drivers and tours. The room was comfortable and price right for what it was.
