We were visiting this hotel in June 2022 with friends and family. All services were upscale even if it is "just" a 3 star hotel, services, cleanness, rooms size and food was more like at a 4 star hotel. Staff really nice, even if they had did not really speak English, they compensated it with kindness. We had late check-in, so we ordered dinner in advance. They prepared a very rich 4 course menu (for 12JOD/pers), richer then a buffet dinner - and all food was very tasty. Rooms: very clean, with a mini fridge (not minibar), some with balcony looking to the main street. Complimentary water and napkins in each room. The only negative point (for a European) was the "wake up call" - due to the proximity of the Mosque be prepared that the Imam will call you to prayer at 5 am, and 6 times /day :)

This hotel was a very comfortable stop on our 2 week holiday in Jordan. The room was very spacious, the decoration was lovely and it was well supplied with toiletries, water, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay very easy. We didn't use the restaurant apart from breakfast but there was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was good. I must recommend the small gift shop in the lobby which had an excellent range of gifts at very reasonable prices. Madaba itself is great, unlike Amman you could walk around easily, there were lots of tourist sites but also a chance to experience a bit of Jordanian daily life. I would definitely recommend a visit to Madaba and a stay at the Mosaic City Hotel.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay in madaba. Family owned, it is spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, a decent breakfast, good souvenir shop, nice bar area and well places for the centre of town. Highly recommend as a place to stay. Very good value for money as well but advise emailing direct vs going via a 3rd party to get much better price.

Hotel very close to tourist sites, clean, comfortable, with its charm. Its staff is attentive. You can have lunch or dinner there without any worries! The breakfast is plentiful and varied! A small souvenir shop is available within the hotel at an affordable price.

I rated this hotel very good not so much because of the hotel room itself, but rather the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful; the location which was perfect in everyway and the convenient private parking the hotel offers. The hotel room was fine, it was clean and simple affair with descent showers. If you are looking for something fancy, this isn't it, however, if you are looking for a great location to walk around, explore and eat, you couldn't pick a better hotel.

the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. 2 bottles of water per person, the air conditioning is a bit random but it doesn't bother us. Wifi is very good and the breakfast is quite reasonable with fresh fallefels. there is a great restaurant less than 50 m away (saraya). vmwith fresh and inexpensive cuisine.

Very well located at 5 mins from the old town, this family run hotel is clean and helpful. Wifi works a treat and rooms are well sized and quiet (notwithstanding the call to prayer in the early morning). Service is extremely customer focused and they have a regular taxi driver who does the airport run for 17 JD – and he is very reliable. This is a very good mid-range option if staying over in Madaba, which really shines once all the day trippers from Amman vacate the place. Do yourself a favour and stay overnight in Madaba; it is a lovely little place with an atmospheric tourist precinct in the old part of town.

This hotel is a great location with a short walk to the attractions. There are many nice restaurants and coffe shops nearby. They have their own private parking lot which made things easy. The service was great- serving every need/ question we had. The wifi was strong. Our room was huge, clean and stocked with toiletries.
As you know, there are not many bars in Jordan. The hotel has a full service bar (liquor, beer, N/A beer, Juices, smoothies). It also has a nice pool table and comfy seating to hang out.
Overall great value for the price!

Staff very friendly, good breakfast, hotel kept in a family tradition. Near great historical sites so our group remained for 2 nights for good touring. Reasonable. Responded to group's needs with comfortable meeting room, breakfast pushed earlier so we could have a very full touring day.

I agree with the former replies. Since Tourism is down terribly and the staff is very helpful, I am sure they will find a solution to meet your needs. Do not hesitate to contact them, they know very good English and Jordan's hospitality is not a fairy tale but a daily fact - also for you! Have a nice trip.
