    Great value family run hotel
Very well located at 5 mins from the old town, this family run hotel is clean and helpful. Wifi works a treat and rooms are well sized and quiet (notwithstanding the call to prayer in the early morning). Service is extremely customer focused and they have a regular taxi driver who does the airport run for 17 JD – and he is very reliable. This is a very good mid-range option if staying over in Madaba, which really shines once all the day trippers from Amman vacate the place. Do yourself a favour and stay overnight in Madaba; it is a lovely little place with an atmospheric tourist precinct in the old part of town.

Good service in the heart of Madaba
We were visiting this hotel in June 2022 with friends and family. All services were upscale even if it is "just" a 3 star hotel, services, cleanness, rooms size and food was more like at a 4 star hotel. Staff really nice, even if they had did not really speak English, they compensated it with kindness. We had late check-in, so we ordered dinner in advance. They prepared a very rich 4 course menu (for 12JOD/pers), richer then a buffet dinner - and all food was very tasty. Rooms: very clean, with a mini fridge (not minibar), some with balcony looking to the main street. Complimentary water and napkins in each room. The only negative point (for a European) was the "wake up call" - due to the proximity of the Mosque be prepared that the Imam will call you to prayer at 5 am, and 6 times /day :)

Wonderful stay, hospitable people, and a terrific value
Our driver from the Amman airport asked if we needed a hotel in Madaba, and when I said we were staying at Mosaic City, he said, "ah, yes, that is one of the best!" We arrived in the middle of a rainstorm, but the entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel, while slightly further away from the sights like St. George's (with the mosaic map) and the Archaeological Park than other hotels we researched, it was a short and pleasant walk. The tradeoff is an amenity worth its weight in gold in downtown Madaba: a private car park! It's a little tricky to find--as you come south from Na'ur and Hisban, you will see the hotel on the right. Make an immediate right turn onto the alley, and you will see the gravel car park on the left. Only one night stay, but would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room for one night but wished I could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back. 1 of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. if not the best. The best example of Arabic hospitality and generosity. Thank you, Mosaic city, for everything, and I hope we come back . Keep the great work you are doing.

The best part about this nice clean hotel is the family who owns and runs it. They were so nice and incredibly helpful when I needed help to solve a problem (not related to the hotel). We were a group of ten women and were all very pleased and highly recommend staying here! !

Hotel has a good, attractive, small bar, good choice of drinks, free nibbles, pool table, darts board, good service. Buffet food in the restaurant was pretty good and plenty of it, no complaints. Room was very good. Very clean. Comfy beds. A fridge, safe, water supplied, tea & coffee making facilities. Small balcony. Good shower. Staff all friendly and efficient. Outside, lots of shops and places to eat. Short, safe, easy walk to the churches with the mosaics. This is a nice hotel in a nice part of a nice town. All good.

Nice building, quite clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking Yarmouk street (Hello, Mr. Felafel!) but the door was double glazed and it was quiet. An adequate breakfast. We chose the hotel (two nights) because of the reviews which spoke of the warm welcome and hospitality other guests received. We saw none of that. Although no one was rude, check in was rote and disinterested, there was never a "welcome back!" or offers of help or any warmth, other than a single "Good morning" at breakfast. We were taken aback by the maid service. Perhaps this reflects different cultural expectations, but we were uncomfortable by the maid service putting our things away; my night clothes into my companion's suitcase, and bundling all our toiletries together and into our kit bags. This was potentially harmful, as I have a "dry" toiletry bag where, most importantly, I keep my medications so that they are not harmed if a shampoo bottle leaks or something, and a "wet" toiletry bag for said shampoos and liquids. You guessed it, the maid put the shampoos and liquids into the dry bag with my medication. I'm not faulting the maid for not knowing my system, I'm uncomfortable with the maid putting the things I have unpacked -- in order to feel at home -- away in our bags. The hotel had bus tours staying there as well, but we were not overwhelmed. We had only breakfast, not dinner.

We stayed 1 night here when we arrived at Amman Airport and it was so comfortable and clean. The Staff were brilliant in this little gem of a hotel which was I a great location. The breakfast was included and overall was really good value.

We arrived VERY late at night from the Amman airport. AJ at the front desk was so welcoming. We were traveling with our two daughters (teenagers) and the room for 4 (one king bed and two twin beds) was perfect. Clean, inviting, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Four members of our travel group stayed for a night at this hotel. We had the best experience. Hotel location is awesome. It is on the main street with walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is a mall right across. Hotel is clean and handicap friendly. All rooms are non-smoking. We would stay at this hotel again. Airport is a max of 30 minutes from this hotel. For a 3-star restaurant, we were very impressed. We do not have any hesitation in recommending this hotel. We discovered an excellent restaurant, Haret Jdoudna, at walking distance from this hotel. They have many choices for vegetarians and the food was very good. We would rate this restaurant very high for vegetarians among all restaurant we tried in Jordan.

Brilliant hotel, in a great location. The staff were so helpful. We had to leave super early for our flight and they did us a packed breakfast and a wake up call. The bar is a great place to hangout and it even has a pool table. The rooms are simple but clean and good sized. There’s also parking round the back and it’s a short walk from everything.

I stayed at the Mosaic for four nights and had the most enjoyable time there. The hotel is family run. Everyone was so kind and helpful, assisting with a trip to Mt Nebo and to the airport. The room was updated and modern, with a balcony facing the Main Street. It was very clean and I felt safe staying at this hotel. I had dinner there on three nights. The food comes from a restaurant across the street from them and was very good! I ate at the bar as opposed to the dining room. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The location was great. Go out the door heading to the right to visit St George’s Church. Go further and you’ll continue on to other major sites. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!
