Always try to stay at local hotels and support sustainable tourism and this is a family owned place with great service and a fully stocked bar! They also serve food in the bar but they don’t advertise this very well so you have to ask for a menu. 4* room and facilities generally. 5* staff (including the taxi driver who they engage to take you to the airport). They also operate a book exchange so I left a couple of novels for future guests to enjoy!

We visited mosaic city hotel for 3 days. It’s a super convenient hotel, location wise you’re literally 2 minutes away from the Madaba Mall and 3 minutes away from Madaba bazar. The area is very active at night so you can have a walk. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable. We asked the reception for extra chairs for the balcony. We had incorrect reservation, but reception didn’t charge us extra money. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was only a one night stay and even arrived at midnight after a long trip from Petra and we left just after breakfast. It is a small town hotel as you understand it is in the heart of a relatively small town yet i liked the hotel grounds and room a lot. Breakfast was quite modest but clean and tasty, great juices. The staff were very friendly and very efficient

This is a small family-owned and operated property. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and there is a nice bar area as well that serves food. The hotel can prearrange your airport pick-up (or anything else for that matter), just send them an email. It’s a short walk to the Church of St. George and the famous floor mosaic. We stayed here for one night to rest upon arriving in Jordan, and the location worked out perfectly. Great value!

The hotel was in a fantastic hotel for the local sites in Madaba which were all within a pleasant stroll distance. Mount Nebo was a few minutes away on Taxi (15 JOD return). Staff were very helpful, rooms kept very clean and beds were comfortable.
