I spent one night here, after arriving late at night and leaving Amman the following afternoon, but it was a good stay and I was happy with the experience. It's a newly refurbished place, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The lobby and dining areas were all nicely furnished - the whole place has a bright, cheerful, and airy feel to it. Breakfast was simple but nice, and I had a quick lunch later - also good. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Locations is good, close to many shops and supermarkets. The price was excellent, too!

The Hotel and restaurant are above the 3 stars. Everithing is clean and shiny. Attention to art and stilized tradition can be observed with furniture and decorations. All the arm chairs and couches are confortable. The bed is exceptional, with all cloth and perfect pilows. The breakfast is various, including cooked meals. For dinner, I had very good beef. Last, but not list, all personell, including top management, were specially kind. Arangements for turistic trips all over the region and flights can be easily done from Liwan Hotel.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a G adventure tour. Close proximity to shopping malls and super markets. Very far from downtown - do not try and walk take a taxi which would cost 3-4JOD max don't pay anymore. We tried to get an extension for 1 room and they wanted another 45 JOD - no value there so we did not pay more.

Also, be careful about eating in the lobby one of the servers approached us and initially did not like us eating in the lobby.

Room came with free buffet breakfast and wifi (did not always work). The real downfall of this hotel was being so far from downtown Amman. This hotel is roughly 30km from the airport - 20 minutes. I suggest paying by meter.

I truly love this hotel for many reasons. It’s a charming boutique hotel that is bright and beautifully decorated with oriental pieces that perfectly complement the ambiance. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with friendly and accommodating staff. It’s conveniently located in the vibrant Al-Sweifieh area in Amman, with car parking available just opposite the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy our stays here and will definitely return.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast. For a drink pop into the bar and strike up a conversation with the amazing Eyad, good times. Your hosts Hanna and Grace ensure a pleasant experience and if you need anything organized, trips, dinners etc the “amazing Grace” makes these things effortless. A great hotel with many shops, restaurants, taxis , Uber
