Stayed for 5 days in the hotel. Had a great time. Large rooms with 2 single beds. The rooms are clean and the staff are quite helpful. Good wifi service available in rooms. Washrooms were good with both hot and cold water options. TV with very less English channels. Breakfast is served but didnt try the food. Nothing much to complain...

This was the starting hotel for our tour around Jordan. We stayed here at both the start and end of our trip. Accommodation is basic, large room with 3 single beds, room was clean, internet access available in rooms (albeit intermittent), small tv with several english channels, shower was poor but adequate with weak water pressure, breakfast was ok with...

Rooms good. Location poor. Breakfast okay, but more suited to arabic customers. Biggest draw back for business users is restricted internet. No downloads allowed. Gym is good but let down by grubby changing facilities. Clean hotel overall. 3 star maximum. Room service was poor. I asked for a boiled egg and he said they have no eggs - but you...

Stayed there twice in my recent trip. Spent the first 3 nights in a small room. The shower area is small and the curtains are so short that the bathroom will get flooded every time after shower. Wonder how a bigger guy will be able to clean himself in such a small shower area. Given a bigger room the second...

I stayed here before and after a cycling trip around Jordan. I expected to be in the same very basic accommodation I had stayed in on my last trip however I was pleasantly surprised. Room 707 was clean and had clean linen. I heard the road all night (the road outside is virtually a dual carriageway) however it was only...

depends on what you are looking for! Just a place to relax and sleep, go ahead with Alfanar... The hotel provides rooms with basic amenities, food is average for the price they quote and also the other services

Stayed here twice during trip - 6 nights in total. 1st time round got a lousy room - tiny bathroom, grubby carpets, A/C that didn't work & forever having to ask for towels as they were never replaced. Staff unwilling to move me to another room. Most of the reception staff (altho there was at least one noteable exception) were...

I stayed here twice, before and after a cycling tour to the south. The first time, I had a great room which was really pretty plush. The second time I ended up in a comfortable, but much more basic room. So one's review of the hotel likely varies with what sort of room one ended up with. Gym was well...

Clean rooms, comfy beds and friendly staff. Complimentary wifi nice bonus. Room ok but nothing special. Awful shower! Breakfast tasty. Has swimming pool but unfortunately no time to visit it. Overall hotel is fine for a night or two and perfectly comfortable - it's just nothing to write home about!

We stayed in this hotel in 2 batches, the 1st was on Nov 29th & 30th and the 2nd was on Dec 4th. During the first stay, the hotel gave us decent rooms, with decent bathrooms. But I was aghast at the 2nd room they gave us after our return trip from Petra. The bathroom was so small, with no...
