We stayed in this hotel for one night thankfully. The room was adequate but expensive but breakfast was terrible. Lukewarm and stewed tea and coffee with stale bread and pastries. The room smelt of smoke.

Visible Stains on the walls throughout the bedroom and bath, stained carpet, electrical outlets that don't work, hotel literature that looked like a dog had eaten it, foul smelling bathroom towels, and electrical outlets IN THE SHOWER hanging exposed from their ceiling. A poor excuse for what could otherwise be a promising property.....if only the management cared. Proximity to the... More

Yes, it's the only hotel in the airport area (it's not inside the airport anyway) but most employees are rude, they treat you really badly. Food services (breakfast and dinner) is so messed up that it's literally impossible to get food here (and no options outside either). I've been there 2 nights; they didn't make the room during the 12... More

It was located near the airport. you still require a shuttle bus as transport as it is not in walking distance as first described. It was a basic hotel, nothing to flash, i think it was a little over priced. the food was expensive. Paid AU$37 for burger and chips with a drink.

This is a ridiculous price for a hotel in Jordan. However, I needed a place near the airport and this is the only hotel nearby. That said, the staff was very courteous and helpful. My flight came in at 3am and I needed a place to sleep for a few hours before leaving again at 3pm. Although checkout time was... More

Tired, dated property but really your only choice if you want to be next to the airport. Unbelievably, the concierge demanded that I be downstairs 15 minutes before he'd call the shuttle (three minute drive) to the airport! Kind of defeats the purpose of staying at an airport hotel.... The TV's didn't really work. I could go on. I'd recommend... More

There were two social events (weddings?) the night I stayed, so there was a lot of people and movement. I didn't like the fact that the room had a very strong cigarette smell. I also went down to a Sports Bar for Dinner and there was a lot of smoking indoor as well. If I had a choice next time,... More

This was a forced choice due to a missed connecting flight and even though the stay was short it was still long enough to be able to pass judgment on a hotel that could have been much better run and organized as it is the nearest hotel to an airport that is becoming much busier. Average rooms with worn furniture,... More

The first person at the entrance gives you a good idea of how unfriendly the entire staff is! From the securityto the reception, bar, pool staff etc, no one single welcome, no smile, you are disturbing them. D'ont ask a question, don't even bother asking for a service, there is none. As for the rooms, small, bathroom tyny and the... More

Very convenient for transmitting Amman. The shuttle bus is clearly marked and free. The hotel charges for local calls, which need to be placed from the business center and cannot be made from your room, and the front desk personnel have no pointers about how/where to get lost luggage back from Royal Jordanian Airline (which frequently happens). However, the shuttle... More
