Found this to be a lovely and comfortable hotel. The staff were all very nice and the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. There was everything you would need for a nice stop. Good bathroom and plenty of space in the rooms. The breakfasts were good each morning and we also ate the buffet for an evening meal. A very nice hotel.

Clean, (spotless, actually), helpful friendly and informative staff, nice modern amenities. The location is great, a 10 min walk to Citadel, a 2 JD cab ride to Rainbow St, nice central location Their tour offerings were fantastic, the price is for the car and river, not per person, so keep that in mind when comparing, I found their prices the best and it is a private car, not getting stuck on a 'private bus' with 30 other people. The driver we had Hani was fantastic. I can not say anything bad about the hotel experience and would recommend them to anyone going to Amman. Great indoor pool and gym. We stayed 10 nights in late Dec 2019 and loved it!

Really lovely find! After first being suspicious we’d be paying far too much at one of the international chain hotels that dominate the Amman market, we settled on the Toledo and were not disappointed. Rooms were large and clean, with nice beds and great aircon. Breakfast was a well equipped buffet for western tourists or a suhoor available to fasting guests (we were there at Ramadan). Very fast and reliable WiFi and a 24 hour menu that was reasonably priced rounded out the experience. The hotel is walkable to the Citadel within 30 minutes and is a cheap (2-3JOD) taxi ride to the more posh parts of western Amman. Would happily stay again!

We stayed here on our arrival to Amman for 2 nights. Reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them on a thing. Location was very good, most attractions are a few JD taxi ride away. Our room was very worn, small and the cleaning standard is below acceptable. The curtains were stinky and had black stains from years of smog as room looked over a busy road, and the linen was ripped. The shower was truly disgusting, the black dirt is piled up in corners and edges, drainage is very slow, I could only bring myself to shower in flip-flops.

This hotel was included in the price of a group tour I did while on a solo trip to Jordan. Once I saw that this was the hotel in the itinerary of the group tour I was doing I looked it up and saw some mixed reviews. However, as soon as I walked into the lobby I was beyond satisfied. I was greeted immediately and somebody helped me with my bag to my room. All staff I saw was very nice and helpful. Finally the room was spotless, beyond clean! The breakfast that is included was also delicious. After my group tour ended I bounced around, staying at different hotels and hostels in Amman, then on my last day in Jordan I was craving some comfort and checked into Toledo again. This stay was just as comfortable as the last. I was put in a different room than my first stay and that room was sparkling clean as well. The staff recognized me and I took advantage of the airport transfer they offer for my early flight the next morning. Overall, Toledo was a clean, comfortable hotel in a good location and I recommend it to anyone staying in Amman.

I hated this hotel it was disgusting the bathrooms were very dirty and smelled of urine and feces still on the toilet. There was hair on the ground of the rooms and our feet were so dirty after walking around the room a couple times and the ac would not work we would all wake up dripping sweat. Also the fridge in my room and the hair dryer stopped working. Another important thing is the internet was complete trash honestly it wouldn’t work in the rooms you had to go stand out side for it to work. The breakfast is not that good they serve the same thing Every day and the bread and food was always so dry. The only thing that is good was the workers that work their they were nice and respectful but their service was slow if you ask for something it takes so long for it to arrive. Also they always don’t have enough towels. This hotel is pricey too and it’s not worth it honestly. I am planing to never return to this hotel. Very unclean!

A welcome haven after a long flight from Melbourne. We were in our room with little fuss, and whilst the room we had for the first 2 nights of our tour was not large, the firm bed was big enough and very comfortable, the bathroom clean and functional, and a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. Breakfast was good. Western options are available but the local choices were authentic and plentiful. The location was good within walking to restaurants, galleries and the citadel.

Stayed here for 1 night upon arrival in Amman and then again for 2 nights toward the end of the trip. The Hotel resonates with Jordanian architecture seamlessly throughout the property including mosaic designs. The rooms are super quiet but sadly did not have a view.
Breakfast has sumptuous options including an Omelette & Pan Cake station. Service is excellent across Front Desk, Restaurants, and Room services with the right people ready to do everything they can to make your stay comfortable with a smile on the face and expecting the least in return. The Front Desk staff are the stars of the Hotel who are professional and friendly and were kind enough to upgrade us to a Family Room despite the Agent booking us a Triple Room (for a family).
The Hotel is located off a quiet street (backside) and is under 10 minute's drive to downtown by cab. There are also some good restaurants and convenience stores that can be covered on foot.

the toledo hotel in amman is a three to four star hotel with clean comfortable rooms and a varied breakfast to start the day. The staff are friendly and courteous and assist you in every query raised. it is central to town and is 20 minute walk to downtown area and is positioned near shops and restaurants. Its reception area is of an moroccan theme and is used by many tour companys as a base . i would recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller on a budget or needs a central base.

Really comfortable hotel with a wonderful and dedicated staff. I had occasion to stay at the Toledo hotel for 15 consecutive nights. I started in a regular room but after 2 nights upgraded to a suite for about 10JD more per night. They have a loyalty program where if you stay 5 nights the sixth is free. A nice breakfast was included as well. The food was always good at the restaurant and the surrounding were extremely clean. Room service was quick and always good and inexpensive too. Same day laundry was reasonably priced and quick. I can't say enough good things about this hotel as I really enjoyed my stay here.
