When I checkin I requested a very quiet room. They have already my assigned room, a junior suit. In any moment take into consideration my request. Result , very hard to sleep. Near to elevator, a hard noise like a engine never stop, the doors don't have silencer , once people open en close, a big noise... Then, outside a...

In Jordan this is classified as a 5-star hotel, but I would give it 4-star for the rooms and amenities, however the food is not worth staying for and smoking is allowed everywhere so it ends up being a 3-star hotel. In order to be fair, it should be mentioned that in Jordan no smoking signs are mostly "decoration only"!

We just spent one night here. The hotel was very clean with a nice buffet breakfast. Nice comfortable king size bed. The only thing was our AC didn't work right but we slept with the nice cool air of Jordan.

Stayed here earlier this month with a group. It is a good hotel but needs a little bit of love. The breakfast and dinners were fabulous, staff were friendly and helpful. The only two downsides to this hotel was the bathroom could use a good scrub and re-grouting as it was covered in black stains. The other was coming from...

My wife and I spent one night at the Bristol after a late night flight and prior to heading to Petra the next morning. The Bristol is a lovely hotel...would have liked to have spent more time. The common areas and rooms we impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful which was very much appreciated...

Good location, helpful staff, i liked the breakfast. The bathroom has seen better days, but the room was as new. Noisy A/C. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a business trip. My back is quite picky, when it comes to the bed/mattres quality, here it was just fine.

I attended a workshop in this hotel. Its location is in the heart of dynamic Amman. The staff are kind. I also had lunch there is was good. The environment is calm in general, the facility and equipment were good in general. I recommend this place for business events.

If you're staying just for few days, it's worth it, as others have mentioned, its location is conventient. I've been staying there for more than a week. At first, I liked it a lot, but now I think it's just an average hotel, with limited selection of food for breakfast. Limited - meaning it's almost the same things being offered...
