We weren’t sure about this hotel from the photos and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were a good size and the service very accomodating. Food at the restaurant was ok, the breakfasts were excellent. Dinner was a bit hit and miss in that we never saw a menu and only sometimes got told the full selection. However what came was tasty and good.

We tried the hotel as day-use, the pool is smaller than it looks, but is suitable for families with kids as there is a shallow end and a deep end. There are no changing rooms, no lockers and no showers!! The service was very bed, they were so sloww and took ages to bring towels. The food was very good with very reasonable prices, but the ice cream was pricy, they only have one option which is 3 scoops for 7 JODs and the scoops are veryy smalll so I wouldn’t recommend it. And brought our soft drinks warm!!

The hotel is a 5 star hotel in Amman, Jordan but it looks more like a 3 stars compared to the ones in the USA and Europe. There is a small whole in the bathroom, the toilet seat is broken and there is no iron to iron your clothes! The carpet and the mirror in the room are not clean. Everything look old. I am not sure how it got the 5 stars.

Was there with a group of 10 after someone died unexpectedly upon arriving in Amman. Access to the hospital next door was perfect. Hotel staff was accommodating and gracious. Dining and bar service terrific. Be careful if you're not Muslim and there for Ramadan in terms of meal service. Not overly-crowded. Rooms are above average but not luxurious. Be sure to get water for the room. Safe provided.

This hotel for sure shouldn’t have 5*! We had 3 rooms. All 3 rooms were very smells cigarettes. The restaurant was in the place were before was a swimming pool and it was on the center of the hall but without the water! Staff was helpful and polite. Also breakfast was good. WiFi was very slow. The location it depends on what you want to do but a little far from downtown about 15 minutes by taxi.
