Located at a convenient place, close to seventh circle, the hotel has good security measures in place, offers good food, has reasonable size rooms and very well maintained. The hotel is clean with good staff. They offers reasonable amenities including a small gym, hair dryer, mini bar and safe.

I recently returned from my Amman business trip where I stayed at Geneva Hotel. This hotel is near the 7th circle, which means not close to the downtown, however its a few minutes drive to get to the heart of Amman. The rooms are definitely maintained clean. Bathrooms are small and the bathtubs narrow. The staff pleasant and ready to... More

We arrived early in the morning from Cairo and were very happy to be at the completely modern hotel in short order. Luckily, we were able to check in first thing in the morning. Typically for the middle East, all luggage has to pass through a scanner, as do all guests. Check in was very efficient. The room was very... More

I was put here for interim by my job. I can see that it would be great for tour groups so you can just pop in and out. Pros: great customer service, room overall clean, easy to get to by cab Cons: food is not good, can be noisy at night because of weddings

This is your average moderate hotel but smoking is allowed everywhere. If you are used to smoke free air ask for a non smoking room (and good luck with that!). It is on a busy freeway and there is nothing around it. It is about half an hour from Amman International airport. The restaurant has an evening buffet that is... More

I cannot believe it, 4* and you have to pay for wifi. 5€ per day and per device. They are piss me off. I cannot give better score. The rest of.the hotel is ok. Food is ok, rooms are clean, but bathroom is very old and some broken things.

The rooms were very basic with the floor of the bathroom flooding after every shower plus a lot of noise from outside the room from other guests. The WIFI is an additional charge which is absolutely ridiculous and costs 5JD for 24 hours which is rubbish. The food in the restaurant was also very very average and they have no... More

I stayed here with my family as part of a tour group for a couple of nights. The rooms are quite average - nothing great, but not shabby either. They were clean enough, as were the towels in the bathroom. The TV had a very limited selection of channels, with even fewer English ones. I had trouble with my door... More

Very attentive and considerate. Room clean and comfortable. we were there during our wedding anniversary and they sent a home baked cake to the room for us to share. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Arriving from Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt I had to slum it in a Boutique Hotel and a traditional Arab Hotel before finding, right next door, the jewel in Amman's crown. For little more than the other hotels I had luxury, from the bedroom to the bathroom to the swimming pool to the dining room. The Hotel has at least... More
