Detailed Reviews
We recently stayed at this hotel as part of a tour we were on. The rooms were quite big and clean and beds were comfortable. Not too far to walk to nearby shops. Room service was quite reasonable with large servings . Staff very helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was included and had a good range of food on offer.

The hotel seemed like it had seen better days... or maybe it was the time of year we were there. Much of the space was empty (bar, restaurant), and out our group was led to the "tiki" themed restaurant in an adjoining hotel for dinner and breakfast. The selection of food was adequate. Hours for pool and workout space are limited (seemingly to hours during a typical work day). Our room had a nice seating area and was fine.

I stayed here only for one night as part of a group tour, checking in at 6pm and out at 8am. The check-in was quick & easy. The room was a very good size, with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom/toilet was also large.
The buffet dinner was the usual harty variety, with a little bit of everything on offer. The staff were attentive & helpful. Breakfast was similar. No issues.
So overall, although it was only for a 1 night sleep & 2 quick meals, I was happy to stay here & would do so again in the same circumstances.

Hotel's Favorite
I know this hotel may need an update, but to us, it was just perfect. The rooms are huge. We had 324 at the back, so we were away from the traffic noise at the front, but the bin wagon woke us of a night. The breakfast choice is huge with every taste catered for. The staff throughout the hotel are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is joined to The Regency so you can use all their facilities. The rooftop pool was just amazing, plus it had a 360° view around the city. Trader Vic's is also on site, which is a must try. Drinks can be expensive, but that is normal throughout Amman. There is also an indoor pool and gym that looked well equipped. All in all, we loved the hotel, and although a lot of the attractions are a good walk, up to an hour away, which we did. we found the area perfect for us. There is a hotel based taxi service as well, which we did use as well as other companies.

Dated structure, located on the outskirts of the center of Amman. Even the rooms are dated. We had to change rooms because they had assigned us a smoking room and it was unlivable to even enter. They changed it immediately. Normal breakfast in the adjacent structure connected to the interior.

This hotel was a beautiful hotel long time ago. Now it feels like a pickup joint and most things are crumbling down. Its an awesome location but needs a complete makeover. Staff is excellent but this place needs to be refurbished

We spent 2 nights as part of a group tour. The location was good, with big, clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly service. Great breakfast and good value eating in but also other options nearby. Really fast WiFi and a good range of English-language tv channels. Excellent sound proofing in rooms.

Quite well located hotel, two swimming pools, one of which is outside with a 360° view of the hammam. Uneven rooms. Avoid the street side, which is too noisy. The breakfast is nice and varied. The ground floor bar is OK with reasonable prices. Restaurant with ok staff
