The hotel is good. Friendly reception staff. The room is small, but very nice. The bathroom is fine. Breakfast is buffet and it was enough to start your day. The hotel has an elevator, restaurant and an area to have a drink.

Lift was not working. No light in staircase and had to carry the luggage as the reception staff did not help. The room given was smaller than what I had booked as they gave me lower floor room due to lift problem. Stayed only one night so it did not matter much, breakfast was cold and low quality without much option. Only saving grace was omlette

My experience with this hotel was the absolute best! My family and I visited Jordan for the very first time, so we wanted to see and know everything about it. Of course we've looked up the basic things for tourists, but still, we wanted to know about the best places, the best way of transportation etc etc. This is where the hotel came into the picture. We've met the kindest receptionist girl at the front desk, who helped us with EVERYTHING. She was always sooo kind with us, we've never felt like we're a burden to her with our huge pile of questions. She has helped us with pure joy and her recommendations were the absolute best!! Our room was completely fine, had a great view from the window and it was always clean. The design of the hotel is also really modern and fancy! Everybody who worked there was really kind with us all the time, also the breakfast was immaculate! The hotel is in a really good area, you can easily hop in an uber and get in the city center in 15-20 minutes. Also the services of the hotel were quite good and within a reasonable price range. It was an absolute pleasure, 10/10, I totally recommend it!…

Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds, every day two bottles of water for free. Although the dining room seems small it is lovely with TV where you where you can watch current news. For dinner they serve two main meals only but very tasty. The speciality are theirs mixed vegetable salads. Around the hotel are the shops and restaurants. Who want to save money for gifts thus he / she can go to big hypermarket Carrefour which i about 1200 m far from hotel. For example 1 kg of dates (first class) costs 2,99 JD.

One of the best hotels in Amman Jordon. The staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay in their cozy hotel. The location is so convenient. You can go to any where in less than 15 min. Also, they are a lot of coffee shops and restaurant around the hotel where you can spend a good time. Regarding the rooms, they are clean and tidy. The room service is so nice as well. Also, the breakfast is delicious and full of various dishes. I highly recommend Everyone who is willing to visit Amman to book with this hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Omar! He anticipated every need we might have and helped us find the best and most affordable options. When we were having trouble with our phones he gave us his contact number so that we could just text him when we needed a taxi. He organised our evening out, trip to the Dead Sea and airport taxi in one go!

This hotel met all my expectations- friendly staff, and clean and neat rooms within a decent location. This was a business trip for me and my stay was wonderful. Great staff- very friendly and gave me a home away from home feeling. Management is very accommodating and I got help and assistance whenever I wanted.

We stayed at this hotel last year for the first time and we loved it. So we decided to stay again this year & as expected its amazing. When I checked in I remembered Jabr from last year and he is one of the best & professional receptionist I ever met. His welcoming attitude & fast response to our needs is exceptional and outstanding. The checkin was fast without any delays, the room is amazing with views to a nice street especially at night. Jamal guided me to the suite/room, he is one of nicest staff I met and doubled checked if we need anything and made sure all is perfect. Everything was clean, the bed is very comfortable and the the morning breakfast is delicious . This is now our favorite hotel in Amman, we travel at least once a year to Amman and we will definitely be staying here again and again! The area has everything you need with cool cafes and restaurants just a block away. Um Uthaina area where the hotel is located always gives me positive vibes.…

Nice hotel with very good price. It’s very clean and the staff are so helpful. All its facilities are excellent. I went there with my family and it was a good decision to choose this hotel as it also near all services. So over all it was a very good experience.
