Somewhat walkable
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Me and my Wife stayed here for 3 nights before we went to Wadi Rum for a 2 nights stay there.
The Hotel is located at the top of a steep road with even a steeper ramp next to the entrance. Checked in without any problems and made our way to our hotel room, the Lobby looked really nice with a lovel fish tank on one side.
It was disappointing to see that the room we got was a duplex one, which had a door on one side of the wall going to another room which had a couple staying there, the door was ofcourse locked.
The TV was not working and we called the reception desk with the issue. Unfortunately this was ignored until our last day and all it really needed was batteries for the remote control, which I also suggested on the first and second day when I called.
There was a mini fridge built in to the tv unit, but unfortunately it did not make the water cold, it was only cooler.
There were no USB's sockets in the room which was disappointing and so was the 3 pin socket which was only on one side of the bed so both our phones had to be charged on one side only.
What is more important than all the negatives above is that the Extra large bed was nice and comfortable. The bed sheets and blanket was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also clean with a nice shower with hot and cold water to use. The room was cleaned each day we stayed there. The first day my wife accidently left her expensive solid gold earings on the table and we went out. The room was cleaned by the maid and the earings were put safely in the drawer which we later found, so the staff are very trustworthy and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast served downstairs next to the lobbby was very tasty which we quite enjoyed. There is always security outside and they were also very pleasant to talk to.
If you are not too fussy about some of the things which I mentioned, then this Hotel is just fine. I would use again if its cheaper than we paid for which was approx 54 Dirhams a night with breakfast.
Hope this helps.

A very good example of a city centre hotel. Clean well equipped rooms with drinking water, toiletries, boxes of tissues, and with tea and coffee facilities all provided free of charge. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Downside no restaurant (although I believe a room service was available) and no bar

We arrive in the evening, the room is on the fourth floor, not exactly very large with no possibility of opening a window. It's a shame that the bathroom doesn't already demonstrate excellent cleanliness and that not far away there is a place that hosts weddings and you can't sleep until after midnight. We also notice that in front of the window there are loudspeakers for Muslim prayer and promptly before 5 in the morning we are woken up. The next day we ask to move room and after other vicissitudes we are assigned a larger room, in a lateral position which at first seems to respond to our requests. Too bad that our shoes stuck to the floor of the room where there was no carpet and the same happened in the bathroom with an unforgettable shower. At this point we asked the agency to change hotels. The second star is for a good breakfast and an honest dinner. I end by saying that I find myself in the previous reviews without any ifs or buts, and only the very kind security staff at the entrance.

This hotel is really one of the worst in the world. I have booked a room for long period and they put me in a room which it is noisy all the night. I was asking them about the reason of this noise and they told me it is the water pump in the roof which is working all the night making my head bombing from the noise.
I felt that this hotel is cheating me as they give me a discount to stay in this terrible room. In addition, the breakfast is not covered and the food is old without any care and there is only one person who is working to serve people in the restaurant!!
I do not recommend this hotel to any one at all

This was my first stay at La Casa but I will definitely be back soon. I stayed here for 6 nights. The rooms are a good size and have great city views. The included breakfast has a lot of variety and dinners are just as tasty. I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the pool/exercise areas (next time ☺️)
One of the best parts of my trip was the atmosphere in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. I especially want to thank Mohammad Abu Khalifeh for all his help during my stay, I definitely felt welcomed. Until next time...

We had a really bad experience in the hotel. Our room was super noisy. It was attached to a swimming pool and after asking reception, we were told that people could use the pool until 2-3am. If you are in a trip, you want some quiet atmosphere around 10pm, since you have to wake up usually around 6-7am to visit different places. People from reception were giving us excuses, first because It was Ramadan the pool was open until very late, then there were no other rooms available... Tourists were not using the pool only other people from outside the hotel (we were told that was allowed).Surprisingly after more than 2 hours complaining another room was available. Other than that there was days with almost no food for dinner at night. Our bad experience was only in this hotel. Employese were really nice in other hotels we stayed in Jordan, helping with every single need. Not the case of this one. I highly recommend to avoid La Casa Hotel in Amman.

Not the best service. Pillows had hairs on them before we even touched anything. Gym is well equipped but the staff didn’t bother to switch in the AC unless we asked. When one of us left, she switched it off again while I was still training and it was suffocating.
Breakfast buffet - the lettuce had a hair on it. We informed the restaurant staff, they literally just took the plate and said nothing. No apology, no explanation. Seemed like they just didn’t care.
I highly do not recommend.

My third stay at La Casa Hotel Amman in less than a year. It's an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, reasonable rates, and proximity to nearby restaurants, shops, etc. I want to express my gratitude to Front Office Manager Alaa for his kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring a very relaxing stay. Asim from reception was indeed polite and outstanding, also prompt service from every department was well noted including maintenance manager Ahmed’s rapid action. I deemed necessary to mention all above. Thank you for your fine work, and keep it up.

Having read several bad reviews we were pleasantly surprised by the modern, comfortable and very clean suites. Breakfast - plentiful buffet and for dinner there is a nearby restaurant - difficult to access because of busy roads but otherwise an easy downhill walk/steep on the way back. Good hotel for our first and one night stay on arrival in Amman. Very close to a Mosque so be prepared for the early morning prayer call.

We were given this hotel as part of our Jordan tour. There were 7 us us in our group. First they said they didn't have enough rooms, so they sent 2 of our party to another hotel. They put 4 of us in a "suite" and the last one in a single room. The suite was disgusting. Plaster was peeling off the walls. The room hadn't been vacuumed ( the hallway also hadn't seen a vacuum in a long time), there were dirty tissues laying on the center table, glasses were dirty, some strange purple sticky substance on the desk top, and there were stains on the couches. I could go on and on. Needless to say we did not stay and went to a nearby hotel instead and decided to fight it out with the tour company later. It was just that bad. Picture the worst trucker hotel you've ever seen.
