Like the title says, we expected more but we got less. Although our booking did not include breakfast (and it was +7 jods per person), the breakfast area was in a no-window area in the basement, a really ugly room, not inspiring you to enjoy a breakfast. The room was just ok but it was obvious it lacked maintenance. The... More

We booked this hotel for a weekend night and thought we would choke to death. We were a family traveling with a baby and the ground floor of this hotel turns into a pulsating disco at night. There is neither sound nor air insulation. The rooms filled with noise and smoke. When we complained in the morning, the clerk on... More

It can be a bit noisy at the weekend from the numerous bars and outlets on the property, but if you are up for trying out the local nightlife then this should not be an issue for you. Definitely more of a hotel for young people / back packers rather than families or people seeing luxury. I found this hotel... More

The Canyon is basic comfort for an affordable price. It’s plus points are its location, it has a great rooftop bar with very good food and outstanding view. It is a small hotel, with friendly staff. Service can be slow but they are always willing to help. If you are staying in Amman for a couple of days to explore... More

Location is in the middle of Amman and O Six rooftop bar is a lot of fun especially on Fridays. However the rooms are smokey, ashtrays dirty, toilet flush rusted, TV Channels most dont work, curtains have stains on them, AC makes a lot of noise but barely cools & neighbor behind bedframe woke up at 6am with TV news... After i entered my room they wanted to change our room because somebody wanted this room. The valet is only available for the resturant guests. If you are hungry, you... More

Hotel is dirty, the receptionist was mean and unfriendly. I felt harassed. They should get a training or workshop in how to deal with clients and especially women. If you stay in this hotel do not think of having guests as they will harass them for ID and probably follow them up to your room.

We are very sorry to hear that you felt harassed by our staff, but it is a legal requirement for the hotel to have a copy of guest ID... therefore whatever reason he had to follow you up to your room to get your ID, was due to Jordanian Law. All our hotel staff is also vetted legally in order... More

I stayed at this nice place for a business visit. The reason for selecting this property was the proximity to where I was to go for meetings but otherwise too The hotel is placed at a pretty convenient location, abt 20jd from queen alia intl airport and 2 Jd from the downtown by taxi. Clean n well maintained in all... More
