Detailed Reviews
We have been staying here for 3 nights! The hotel it’s very close to the centre of Amman, very easy to get there with a taxi (it will be also very cheap). We had 2 rooms and both were perfectly cleaned; it’s very difficult to find such a clean place in this country! We had breakfast and dinner at the buffet; I will say that was good, but I’ll improve a little bit the variety, and the display, of course there were more typical dishes but they tastes good.
5 star were all the members of the staff they were nice and polite, always ready to assist with any question or request.
I will not give 5 star for the food only! I suggest to improve it a little bit 🙏🏻
Really like it and I will recommend it for sure!

Very clean, comfortable, modern rooms, with lovely decor in the common areas. A good buffet dinner and breakfast. Easy check in and check out. An elevator to upper floors so you don’t have to worry about getting the luggage (or tired feet) upstairs. Rooms on the front of the building ( 200 level) do get disruptive traffic noise, but the others in my group on the back side of the hotel had no noise problems.

+1
It's been a pleasant stay at the Ambassador Boutique Hotel. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with amenities such as an electric kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. Staff are friendly and helpful, special shout out to Mr. Qusai who has done extra miles to provide us with extra hour accommodation to suit our early morning flight schedule.
The breakfast is fairly varied including pastries, pancakes, sausage, fruit and many more. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again when in town.

Bad attitude to cheat tourists through foreign exchange. Prices changes based on who is waiter that gets the bill. Dinner is quite modest as well as the breakfast. The location is noisy as windows do not shield from car and motorbikes noises. Overall, a bad experience

Hotel with modern and new facilities.
Very spacious room with an incredibly comfortable bed.
They leave you water daily and you have a refrigerator where you can put extra drinks or food that you want to preserve.
Varied and quality breakfast, although I think that for a hotel of this category, it would be very positive to have a kitchen service, where you could order omelets or eggs and natural juices.
They upgraded our room and it was really impressive, although the standard room is also impressive.
It has a swimming pool.
It is not in downtown, but given the chaos of Amman, it is positive since you get away from the noise and if you feel like it, you can go by car or taxi.
You have free parking and there are many restaurants nearby.

It was perfect for a family stay in the city with our 5 year old son, big rooms
Ac was good too
They were able to accommodate my special requests in terms of food preparation for my son.

Great hotel away from the hustle/bustle of downtown Amman, which is only a 5JOD Uber ride away. We were upgraded at check-in from our twin room to a twin suite and the extra bathroom was a welcome advantage. Service was outstanding. On the first day I forgot the combination to the in room safe and someone was sent to my room in less than 5 minutes to take care of it! The breakfast buffet offered a large hot/cold selection featuring both Western and Middle Eastern foods. Would not hesitate to recommend this place and/or stay here again.

We stayed at the Ambassador hotel for 3 nights in November 2022. All in all it’s a nice hotel but I can only give it two stars for the following reasons: 1) We booked one double and one triple room. The triple room only had two beds in it and when we let them know, they brought up a cot which was very uncomfortable. If you book a triple room it should have beds for three people not just two people. 2) We were unable to control the temperature in the room. They had turned off the central air conditioning for the winter which I understand but our rooms were 25 degrees at night even with the windows open. This made for uncomfortable sleeps and you should be able to control the temperature in your hotel room. I did notify them of this several times during our stay but nothing could be done about it. My suggestion would be to stay elsewhere in Amman.

I highly recommended the Ambassador Hotel.
I was there for work purposes and we have a very pleasant staying.
The hotel has been completely renewed.
Good buffer and options for breakfast. Maria will be waiting to see you hello at the Old City Restaurnt.
Everything was easy to prepare our workshop. Good room, coffee breaks great, materials available …
Noura at the reception and all her colleagues will give you a caring service and support.
Enjoy!!
