The hotel is average service and the rooms are very small and especially the bathroom you can not move in. It is considered an economic type. Located near shops. The service was poor so I asked for water because I felt tired in the room and did not get to me. Reception staff are

Dear Mr. Phonex_1974 Thank you so much for taking the time out to write us about your experience in your recent stay. The hotel will be undergoing a facelift in 2019 to its entire rooms inventory including but not limited to the rooms bathrooms. We are sorry that you didn’t like our coffee however the hotel uses an international coffee brand ‘’ Lavazza Coffee’’ in all its outlets. On the other hand the business centre is located in the reception area fully equipped with a high speed internet with a digital signage reflecting the location for which you may have missed unintentionally. We are always keen on preserving and maintaining our standards for which we strive to have compared to local hotels. Looking forward to welcome you in Ibis Amman during your next visit to Jordan. Kind Regards Lama’ Almasarwah Front Office Manager

Can you organise a small tour for around 7 days travelling to all the major sights?
It's really possible to plan Jordan comfortably in 7 days. In fact, we had been there for 2 days. I prepared initially the wish list. I included petra, wadi rum desert, hot air ballon ride over wadi rum desert, Jordan city tour, baptism site and dead sea for 2 complete days. Unfortunately, weather didn't permit me to do balloon ride. we spend 4hrs in petra. If you really have time, you can spend more time in petra. If I could have 3 more days, I would have planned Aqaba-red sea resort, Mount Nibo, Royal auto-mueseum, Jerash-ancient roman city and Madaba. We did the trip planning through an agency "United Travel Agency" in Amman. They provide an excellent service starting from before immigration till end. They gave us a good new car and an English speaking driver throughout the tour program. It was a well packed and organized tour. My family really enjoyed their service and the trip either.

Hello, I would like to know if you have a free airport shuttle that picks you up from the Amman International Airport and brings you to the hotel? If you do, does it run every hour or do we have to make a reservation directly with the hotel? If you don't, how much is a taxi from the airport to the city? Also are there any mini buses or local transportation that can be taken from the airport into town? Thank you very much. Christine
There's no airport shuttle but you can take a taxi from the airport it would cost 20JoD ++ or request uber or careem for 15JoD

Can local tours be arranged at the front desk? Thanks
Yes, they can. But it will be expensive. My suggestion, rent a car. Then you can go early and reach all the important place outside Amman by car at a fraction of the price. For amman, better you go to Amman citadel, then walk down to ampitheathre then to shopping street, all in 1 line, and get back to hotel by taxi.. so inside amman, take taxi, outside amman, rent a car... but one thing, please dont use Europcar Jordan. I got ripped off last time... the full details can be found in Jordan forum
