I was in Amman for 3 days vacation , part of a FAM trip and the chosen hotel was Harir Palace. First impression was very nice , since the lobby area was very nice and quite big. We were checked in very fast. The room was nice with pool view. Very clean and quite big . The breakfast - dinner area is quite big and the breakfast is good with enough options ( could have more though ) . The main problem with the hotel is that is not centrally located. If someone wants to visit central Amman , he must take taxi , cause is 20 minutes drive from hotel. Overall is a good hotel , but the fact that it is outside central Amman , may be a disadvatage

We stay for 2 nights at Harir Palace Hotel and it was very nice, the rooms were very good and the personal were very nice trying g to make you feel ok.the breakfast was a good one,the only problem was with groups of tourists who occupied the breakfast area very quickly

Very good experience at Harir Palace Hotel. Nice rooms, excellent food, helpful staff and a superb gift shop😊 make this a good place to stay at Amman. The reception area itself is so pretty and inviting...it makes you forget the chill outside. Recommend!

Entering it looks a bit like a "house of certain services". The service by young guys is a bit "overeager" but good. The restaurant offers basically the same food every evening, therefore: one time is ok. Breakfast is good, the coffee horrible (for people from "coffee-knowining-countries" (which are not Starbucker's). The doors of the rooms have absolutely not noise-insolation, you're always good "connected" with hallway.

The hotel rooms are tiny and poorly fitted, the room service is not impressive at all, rooms are not well cleaned, the worst part is the breakfast, its simply horrible, staff needs badly training they dont even great the guests. The breakfast team is awful, they stand and chat, steal food while clients left completely ignored, valet parking personnel is super lazy. The onky good part is the welcoming team at the reception. would never recommended
