They keep forgetting placing towels. Do not forget to take water with you because they place a complemantary water once only on check in!!!
Inform the front disk to charge your room door key for your period of stay otherwise you have to keep going down to recharge it.!!!
Breakfast is very good, nice variety. Reception is clean and spacious.
This hotel is an ideal place to rest after tiring days of a traveling across Jordan. Bed was comfortable, bathroom with hot water and the bedroom has an air-conditioning with heater. The television was very helpful. One early morning, in our room at the 5th floor, we were awaken by a tremor. I immediately opened the TV, tuned to CNN... the epicenter of the earthquake was in Turkey... quite far.
The restaurant is not large enough to accommodate large groups at a time. They don't serve alcoholic drinks.
There is a gift shop where you can buy souvenirs, jewelries, luggages...
One morning, the road outside was covered with snow.
Recommend!
P.S.: we have just returned from a trip to England where the standard of the hotels visited (all part of famous international chains...) was light years lower than the hotels that hosted us in Jordan.
Overall is a good hotel , but the fact that it is outside central Amman , may be a disadvatage
"Harir Palace is far from the city, with inconsistent design, slow room service, poor views, and delayed corridor lights—not 4-star quality."Read full review
"Avoid this entire hotel. It is not 4*. The rooms are filthy. The bath didn’t even have taps let alone water."Read full review
"Make sure the room is at higher floors to prevent the loud noise at Lobby during night. In fact, it is bit far from the city area."Read full review
