The location for us was very good, the front disk staff are nice especially Mr. Osama. The rooms are with good size, but the carpet is dirty and they can do better with cleaning for 4 star hotel.
They keep forgetting placing towels. Do not forget to take water with you because they place a complemantary water once only on check in!!!
Inform the front disk to charge your room door key for your period of stay otherwise you have to keep going down to recharge it.!!!
Breakfast is very good, nice variety. Reception is clean and spacious.

We stayed in this hotel during our pilgrimage that started in Egypt and ended in Jordan. We visited Mt. Nebo and other sites, and also Petra.

This hotel is an ideal place to rest after tiring days of a traveling across Jordan. Bed was comfortable, bathroom with hot water and the bedroom has an air-conditioning with heater. The television was very helpful. One early morning, in our room at the 5th floor, we were awaken by a tremor. I immediately opened the TV, tuned to CNN... the epicenter of the earthquake was in Turkey... quite far.

The restaurant is not large enough to accommodate large groups at a time. They don't serve alcoholic drinks.

There is a gift shop where you can buy souvenirs, jewelries, luggages...

One morning, the road outside was covered with snow.

The hotel is quiet far from city centre , though the staff are efficient to hail a taxi and update us where to go and how much the taxi fare would be . The hotel rooms are decent , clean and neat and decent size . The staff are courteous and very helpful. Food was tasty but the problem is there isn’t variety enough , we stayed here for 3 nights but the menu seemed to have more repeat dishes than new ones. Stay was averagely comfortable.

Hotel for maximum one night and avoid the weekend! The room was OK but very poorly soundproofed. In addition, over 3 nights, we were treated to 2 weddings. We were on the 3rd and the wedding was organized on the 4th (Music loud! our furniture vibrated, discussions in the corridors, ...). The restaurant is very average and the service non-existent. The dishes are either overcooked or not enough, the powdered desserts, etc. If you go after a group, you will have to ask to clean a table, the cups and cutlery are missing during breakfast and there is no one to ask (I I had to ask reception if someone could come to the restaurant!). You say “hello” and no response! Far from everything, I do not recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel for the price. Rooms were alright. Make sure you get your key re-programmed every day, or you'll spend a lot of time going up and down in the elevator. Pool area is small. It is a bit away from downtown. Used the laundry service, which was a bit expensive. Taxis were a bit cheaper than Uber, but do NOT use the hotel taxi. Get your own. It was very expensive. Spent a Friday night at the Mall, which was very crowded, but it was nice not to have to "haggle" about prices.

Very good experience at Harir Palace Hotel. Nice rooms, excellent food, helpful staff and a superb gift shop😊 make this a good place to stay at Amman. The reception area itself is so pretty and inviting...it makes you forget the chill outside.

The hotel presents itself well, the hall is large and spacious. The 2 elevators are largely undersized for the large mass of customers and groups. The rooms are large but suffer from a problem that is widespread throughout Jordan: maintenance! It would take very little to turn this hotel into a nice hotel. The self-service dinner is replenished somewhat intermittently, despite the very busy dining room staff. Breakfast in the morning is almost always cold, with the exception of eggs and baking bread. Perhaps it is also our mistake to expect high-level services wherever we go. We are in Jordan! Let's make sure everything goes well considering that we are here for a few days and the country is beautiful.
P.S.: we have just returned from a trip to England where the standard of the hotels visited (all part of famous international chains...) was light years lower than the hotels that hosted us in Jordan.

I was in Amman for 3 days vacation , part of a FAM trip and the chosen hotel was Harir Palace. First impression was very nice , since the lobby area was very nice and quite big. We were checked in very fast. The room was nice with pool view. Very clean and quite big . The breakfast - dinner area is quite big and the breakfast is good with enough options ( could have more though ) . The main problem with the hotel is that is not centrally located. If someone wants to visit central Amman , he must take taxi , cause is 20 minutes drive from hotel.
Overall is a good hotel , but the fact that it is outside central Amman , may be a disadvatage

The rooms and standard ones are dirty, fungus in showers and spit walls. At dinner no one serves you or comes up to ask if you need anything and when you go to the buffet for another dish they clear the table for you. The hotel is noisy with continuous weddings during the night and breakfast times are not respected and open 10 to 15 minutes later (problematic with early tour departures)

One star because I can't give zero. The worst experience of my life. The room, apart from being dirty, had an awful lot of bugs coming out of the shower. The hairdryer did not work and after complaining repeatedly to reception, a worker accompanied me to dry my hair in another room. After telling him about the bugs, he reluctantly agreed to change our room. Terrible food. Thank you for making our honeymoon pass.
