Pros: the beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, and it was walkable to my office Cons: this place is NOISY to the point I wouldn’t be surprised if the walls were literal paper. if you want to be asleep before 1am, don’t stay here because you can hear your neighbors joking and kids yelling into the late hours. Twice in one night I had to ask neighbors on each side of me to keep it down (once at 11pm and a second group at 1:30am). I also tried opening the window and found cigarette butts discarded right outside my room, which stank. It’s also a fairly dated hotel and I’m convinced there are better places in the area at a comparable price
It is a very nice property. The front desk is really helpful he check in process was fast The front desk were very helpful all of them were very friendly. It has a good breakfast option and it is located next to a very popular Arabic resturant. Must try.
The location is really good The check in process was fast The front desk were very helpful all of them were very friendly and tried their best to help Check out process was also fast The room was clean and nice It was a pleasent stay especially that the location is really close to the place i was conducting business with
The location is really good. The check in process was really fast. Thank you Noor for your smile. The check out took forever and they did not inform us that everything was good and we may leave until we asked them what was taking so long. I did not think that they have changed the bed sheets and covers from previous occupancy. The carpet was dirty.
The location is really good. The check in process was good and fast. Noor “the receptionist” had a smily face the whole time. The check out took so long. The guy who checked me out told me to wait for a few minutes to check if all is good in the room. That took 20 minutes and when I asked what was taking so long he said i told the people that you were talking to that everything is good and you can go. He automatically assumed that I was with other people just because I was talking to them, which totally made me annoyed. The room was dirty. The carpet had some dirts that wasn’t cleaned from past occupancy. The pillow case was stained, which automatically made me think that the housekeeping staff didn’t even change them
Top notch hotel with clean, comfortable and commodious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Kind and generous staff. Everything works . This hotel is efficiently managed and is a 4-5 dinar Uber ride to the downtown sights- King Abdullah Mosque, Rainbow Street, Tiraz museum, Jordan National Museum of Fine Arts etc. We stayed here with our tour, but got around Amman on our own just fine with Uber. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff, they do their best to help and provide you with what you need, amazing housekeeping (although they come very early in the morning) but they clean the room very quickly and they keep a good smell in the room This hotel has a lot of wedding party; the noise from the wedding hall will reach the room, the good thing that the party will not stay for long and late night like some other country
Not 5-star because it was lacking fruits, well, three mornings and nothing. They say it was because we were off-season, but you can buy fruits at Carefour. The place smell of smoke, a lot. Overall, it's okay for guests, but I wouldn't go if I'm not staying at the hotel.
Amman best five stars family hotel Elegent rooms, good views of the city. Location is supreme for local shopping. Hotel has one of the best bazars with best Jordan and Palestine items. Hotel staff are all friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Niran the great reservations manager. Extended thanks to all guys in front office ... Mohamed Abo Rassa, Abo Roman and all of them. Even Marian and Hashim from customer helping. It will be my second home in Amman in every visit.
This hotel was picked by the tour company we were with. Crowded busy streets packed with cars, noise, exhaust, no cross walks. Hard to get around. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Nice linens. Bath was also comfortable. Good cleaning each day. Breakfast is a large buffet. Noisy at night. Front desk not very helpful. Do not speak good English.
