Very good service an amazing breakfast. The room was nice and clean. We loved the decoration in the lobby and the garden was stunning. We will be back soon. Parking is a little far from the hotel but not so bad. A lot of shopping near by and restaurant.
Have stayed at the Port and Blue twice before and it was always very good, hence we decided to stay here again after a Covid break of three years. However, it is now under new management with new staff. We were booked in for over two weeks and we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge. The room was very comfortable and suited us especially because of the location of the hotel. But the housekeeping was very hit and miss - some days they cleaned, some days they didn't. Drinking glasses were never cleaned or changed, floor was not always washed, coffee facilities were never replaced. The reception staff are not friendly to the point of being rude. If they weren't busy they were always on their mobile phones and never welcoming. We requested late check out and they said the hotel was full but according to their own website and Trip Advisor, there was still availability. All they wanted was our money. The only thing that we will remember about this hotel is the rude staff and inhospitality. Regrettably, we will not be staying here again.…
Had a lovely stay with my family @ The Port & Blue Hotel. The location right next to the Namal (the port) was fantastic. It’s a boutique hotel with a lot of charm. Loved the view out our windows. Definitely worth a visit
The hotel is very close to the Old Port of Tel Aviv, directly at one of the main streets. The welcome at the reception was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean with two exceptions. The windows could use a cleaning once in a while, as the lampshades could too.
I had a great experience the hotel is beautiful the design is amazing and it's really close to the port and beach, the rooms are big and clean and the staff is amazing and very welcoming. I will definitely come back again.
unexpected gem. friendly staff. big rooms (2) we took a suit. good location. clean!!!!! coffee in the room (no milk😟) unbelievable low price what more can you wish. will make it our base in tel aviv. a pleasant surprise after staying in over rated expensive hotels . the same chain operates the wonderful Galey Kineret in tiberia.
Excellent location, near the old Tel Aviv port which encompasses many attractions, with abundance of restaurants, a big market and much more to do. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower is something special. You will not want to get out. Excellent beds with topnotch linen. Very attentive staff, excellent 24-hour desk always immensely helpful. You have an attraction at the hotel itself: The Fantastic Night Club with its Alice in Wonderland theme. It is a must. I shall be returning.
This is our second time at the Port and Blue Hotel in Tel Aviv. It is conveniently located next to the Port of Tel Aviv. Cheap parking nearby. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance.Clean Hotel very nice rooms. The hotel has a fun cocktail bar in the Lobby called Fantastic. The staff at the Hotel make you feel welcome and accommodate all your requests with a smile. I especially want to Thank Dalia and Itai for making us feel so welcome and for their professional courteous attitude. We will surely return to this hotel again. We look forward to our next stay.
Had a lovely stay - super attentive staff and very good breakfast. The only minus I found was that hotel is situated at the corner of a busy street therefore it is very noisy and if would be not possible to sleep without ear plugs. Also decor is quite dark - may be quite depressing. If management invest in double glazing and sound proofing it would be great!
